Eleele post office has lost 2 of my packages, both on separate occasions. First, they don't recall seeing the package, then they tell me I should've gotten a slip (which I didn't.) Then they say, "well you should've gotten the package, it says delivered." Umm obviously I wouldn't be here if I did get my package. I don't know what kind of tracking system these guys have to confirm receiving and delivering a package but its not a very good one. The customer should be the one who confirms package delivery. Anyway, instead of taking responsibility for my package that was last tracked at their facility, they told me to contact the seller. Why should I? If USPS updated the tracking history to "delivered" then obviously its not the sellers issue. The workers were not apologetic or empathetic at all, heartless jerks work there. If you're considering getting a p.o. box there, I'd highly recommend you DON'T.... unless you like having your packages lost. Their reaction is to defend themselves instead of help you. Another issue with them is that they stuff your boxes with packages that obviously don't fit. I once saw a woman struggling her to pull her oversized packaged out of her box, which the workers had no consideration of when forcing it to go into her box. Her package ended up ripping open while in the process of pulling it out. I've recieved brand new hats that were all mis-shaped and smashed because these workers insisted on forcing it into my box. I pay for packages, I pay for proper usps service and yet these guys don't care for your package and they don't care for their customers. They are literally getting paid to not give a dam. And believe this would have a lot more f bombs but they've requested "i keep it clean for the kids".... well I'd like to request that my packages get better taken cared of
