Closed at 3:00 today?1? Wanted to drop off tax return but some unexplained reason it was locked. No signs. No nothing.

I have had the worst experience at this location over the last year. I have been repeatedly told that my packages were to small to meet registered guidelines by one particular employee. I have been using this post office every since it opened and have never had any problems. I felt threatened on my last trip when rudely she told me " I am going to tell you one more time". I told her I would take my package to another post office. Upon going to the Gresham Road location, I was told package met all qualifications for registered and they did not know why I would be told that. As a business owner your customers are what make your business. Being rude just doesn't get it! I regret that I will not be using this post office because in the past all the clerks have been more than nice and helpful.
