This whole PO area needs an overhaul or needs an investigation into the inner workings. Postal worker refused to perform geo tracking for two pkgs worth 600.00 (gifts for her at 9 mos pregnant) because they said they scan it ahead. Boxes never found. Will now only use FedEx or UPS with signature delivery. Fast forward one year, grandma sends two separate cards for baby and mom from NY with 50.00 cash in each envelope. Think it got there? One envelope was opened with card and re-taped, money gone. The other card - was delivered in complex - card sitting on table, no envelope. You have been warned - these people do not take proper care or due diligence with your mail.

People of Color Beware: The mail-person delievering mail to my condo cluster box appears to be on some type of foolish MAGA Code. Three times in a row my DMV License was sent back (?!?), I finally gave up and drove 1.5 hours one way to pick it up. It's disturbing to have to say this in 2021, but you've been warned

I sent my son some very important mail two weeks ago and he has never gotten it. I also have sent him boxes and he never received a notice that they had it at the PO. What in heavens name is going on there! I think an investigation should be done. This is a federal office and they work for us and they are paid with our tax dollars!

I’m very disappointed about sandy spring post office I’m currently being evicted because of the check that I have been waiting for weeks for my renters. May God forgive you for what you have done to me.

On many occasions the the Sandy Springs post office for 30350 has not delivered mail that contained Checks from clients. Dec 20the the client mailed two checks at the same time from 30339 , one arrived and as of today the other has not arrived. Previously, checks were mailed within the state of GA and the never arrived. EVER! Where do they go? These are substantial checks. Sandy Springs service has gotten such a bad reputation from their postal service. I have to insist on my clients to send them FedEx when I can. But that does not always happen. One of my peers is still waiting on a check that mailed weeks ago. This is a shame. Clients have to re-issue the checks and then send them FedEx. People rely on these checks to get paid.

Not happy at all.for the past year ..which I've personally asked and requested...to use the postal portal.flap .for mail..there was a golf ball size hole in my screen door..now.ive tried to stop and ask and request..plenty of times.to use the flap for mail..your postal people now have ruined the screen..as a result.im having to be fined.and replace this bc of my .H.O.A. And they demand I replace the screen.they company who installed the doors.out of business..what can we do to resolve this?what can we do to detour the destruction of repeated property?the postal flap works fine.again is the issue of now doors being replaced and education of the postal employees..help please postal manager.otherwise I will pursue this further .

Good night, I don't know what is happening. But the mailman is arriving too late at night and it hurts our wait time here at The Point at Cayon Ridge complex in Sandy Springs. Today an item that I needed was supposed to arrive and they never brought it. We need to fix this situation as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have a complaint on post office in north springs. WHY NO ONE EVER EVER EVER answer the phone. Apparently that number is not correct for them. NEVER in life have i experienced a post office having a phone but NEVER EVER answer it. ALSO, THEY have been delivering and i never get my packages. So, since I NEVER get my packages I decided to use their address for packages and would pick it up at that post office. A package was just delivered this friday and I went to go pick it up and they have returned it. THAT PACKAGE was a very crucial part of my career and I MOST DEFINITELY needed it. SOMETHING is definitely not right at this post office because I NEVER get my packages delivered to my address. WHAT is problem. THEY SENT THE PACKAGE BACK. WHY it had the name of the person on it. That was not right. The person at the desk stated if none of the workers name was on it, they send it back. THAT was not how a post office is suppose to work. They got the package friday and sent it back TODAY. NOT right. They did not give me time to even pick it up. Is this how this works at the post office now. Someone please tell me if this is the crazy way the post office works now.

I want Delivery mail clerks to Sort mail in better way, I do Understand pressure they have to go through and to much work per shift, BUT, PLEASE Give them extra time to make sure they PUT MAIL IN CORRECT mail box, lots of lost mail, lots of misplaced mail. I found IRS mail laying on the ground while been delivered to wrong box and who ever picked up they throw mail on the ground. I have missed Important mail, and I have mail delivered to my BOX specifically documents from IRS, i do return write person do not leave on that Address but that's not a case. Main Problem some people will open it seal information's or bank account, Also Prepaid cards. we are all different and delivering to right BOX. there is number 6709 and 6907 with same Apt.B Probably people throw away my mail. Please be careful and please Give your workers more time to deliver properly.

USPS in Sandy Springs, Georgia continues to misdeliver my packages. I have gone as far as placing a note on the mailbox to tell the post office employee that they keep putting my stuff in the wrong mailbox and others mail / packages in my mailbox. I am so tired of them not doing their job...it is not rocket science...look at the address and put it in the correct mailbox!!!

I like this branch of the USPS! The counter staff is helpful and always smiling. I especially appreciate the time they spend assisting our elderly Sandy Springs residents and non native speakers.
