This postal location has and still always under staffed for such a large population. It is a disservice to this community.

The staff is usually friendly, but they seem to be holding the mail hostage. I received some mail (my bank card) on 2/01. It was postmarked on 12/22/2020. Where was it this whole time? Then on 2/01/2021, I received an informed delivery notice of mail but it was not in my box when I went there 2 days in a row. Then when I asked for it at the counter, the guy claimed he was the only one in the office and they could not get it for me. And of course there is no management anywhere to be found. Absolutely Ridiculous.

The staff is nice. However, the physical condition inside the post office and unsanitary condition is appalling. There are things that need to be repaired or replaced, possibly due to age. The floor and customer work counters are always nasty. I know germs loom in the atmosphere at this location. Our community deserves better. Please clean, sweep and vacuum. Wipe the counters with disinfectant. It’s truly gross in there😡 Thank you.

Good day, I would like to start out by saying Happy Holidays . The reason for me sending this letter is to inform the staff that I was in the post office lobby and when leaving I notice that what would have been the exit door it was locked a customer that was in the Post Office and I approached the door at the same time. I unlocked the door being it's the day before Christmas and YOU would want to be accommodation to customers.I also think this is a wise suggestion !

I drop a letter in the drop box at location 4153 Flat Shoals Parkway (Trinity Office Parkway) office building. After dropping letter into box, I didn't notice pickup time on box. I need to have letter retrieve if box is no longer in service. Yours Truly, Bobby
