Last month's power bill was not delivered to me. Then I noticed a check I mailed 14 Aug for AT&T has not cleared the bank. The envelope was not delivered to AT&T. That is going to cost me nearly $10. Less than a year ago a small package was never delivered to my address. Last known location was Eastwood station.

Mail delivery has been sporadic lately. For two days I called the Eastwood office-Atlanta - no answer. I left a note on the mailbox with a question about delivery - ignored. I called the 800 number and was told that the PO doesn't have to indicate an expected time for delivery (morning, afternoon) and that there is no requirement to pick up mail when a flag is up if there isn't mail for that box that day. In other words, service can't be expected - and for $72,391 a year of tax money.
