I use informed delivery and I expected to receive a 1099 Monday of last week. I submitted a didn’t receive online. Six days later I used chat to try to resolve it. They said wait 7 days. Ok I was supposed to be getting it in today’s mail. Nope! Not there again along with another piece missing. Not to mention I received a card in the mail containing a money order for payment to me. The envelope was slit open on two sides of the envelope?!?! Luckily the money order was in it. No explanation or apology. I'm not sure what it is about the difficulty in delivering mail.

Most of the time the service is awesome. But this morning I leave for work and at the end of the driveway right before I get to the mail box I found a box that was actually a deliver that happened sometime this weekend. My driveway is long but paved and should have been no trouble. Is it USPS policy now to put deliveries out in the yard? I got a wet, ant infested box. I will choose stores that use Fed Ex or UPS if this is so. I am amazed it wasn't stolen.

I don't know what is wrong with them. I got a set of stamps from my sister in a carton envelopes about the size A1, the postmaster just bend it and put it in my mailbox. Yes, do not bend was not on there but do some people have some pride in working?
