My mistake I put 115 Shady lane Cicle . 283 is the correct number .please check and resend please . My number is 740 814 3557.

I cant get nobody to locate my package that went from dalton to canton post office dont know why it even went to canton post office

I ordered materials for my college classes online and had them shipped to me. Half of my order was fulfilled, but the other half was not delivered due to "an incomplete address", despite all materials being ordered at once and half of them being delivered with no issues. So, with this being said, I am disappointed in the post office and now have to spend even more money than I should have to for my schooling materials. Shame on you, Canton Postal Service!

Please make sure you have the correct address !!!!! Cost me almost $100 dollars in late fees because it was delivered to someone else!!!! This is basic job 101!!! Arggegrg

Its been 4 years since I built my home in Canton, Ga and 4 years since the nightmare mail services have no customer service AND refuse to deliver mail daily. I have watched the same carrier turn around at the street before mine and just leave the neighborhood, she came to my house screaming at me that she could lose her job and then proceeded to return all of my mail undeliverable for 3 months straight. I received multiple calls in Feb 2019 asking for my new address. Over and over she has retaliated for my first complaint for non delivery. Yesterday my neighbors and I caught her again. We both had outgoing mail and it was never picked up. Im still cleaning up the retalitory return of my mail and SHES STILL ON OUR ROUTE, STILL NOT DELIVERING TO THE END OF OUR STREET. At this point I need an attorney to demand either a post office box or a new carrier. :( Just do your job lady!

Not a happy camper about mail delivery. I have been waiting for a package from Amazon for a couple of days. Today 1/14/19 I got a notice from amazon that the usps carrier wrote that they couldn't deliver my package because they couldn't get access to my front door. How does that work since I got my mail at the mailbox. I live in a private house in a residential area.

Holly Mill Subdivision MAIL DELIVERY SUCKS here. My little bedroom 'office' faces the street, today at 3:15 pm the mail came and I noted that the carried did not remove the outgoing mail, just put some junk mailers and my TV Guide into the box. Went out to get the incoming and sure enough the 2 outgoing items were underneath the incoming. So I got into my car and found the carrier 40 houses away and took the time out to inform him that he was doing a poor job and better was expected of him in the future. This isn't the first time the carrier has screwed up, more usually I end up with some mail which should have gone to Meadows Lane. One time I just walked around the corner and re-delivered it but more often I put it back in the box marked 'Misdelivered - TRY AGAIN'.

The mail carrier left his key to the mail boxes and left the doors open. His key was brought in by one of our home owner. The key will be kept at our model homes at 103 Grand Oak Drive Canton, Ga 30115. I attempted to call you guys but can’t get through to you. Tino Holland

We have been here for 27 years and never experienced interruption in delivery. However it seems now to be an every other day event. This is very problematic: outgoing mail isn't picked up, incoming mail missing or not delivered and we are checking multiple times a day into the evening. So we have another concern, is it going to be stolen in the night? Many people are complaining and this isn't new but WHEN will this be resolved??? We waited 4 days for an amazon package and we were here every day waiting, looking and very disappointed. Tired of this service wasting my time.

I have been waiting since Dec. 12 for a package to be delivered. According to FedEx you received the package that day and it seems to have been sitting at post office. Was supposed to be delivered by Dec. 14, but as of Dec 16 no package. Here's the tracking number from FedEx 9261297641993036106556 This is the second package that took over a week after receipt at post office to be delivered. The other item was delivered too late for use and this package is, of course, Christmas presents! Any help would be appreciated.

I have been living at my address for 16 years with in the last 4 months I have been having problems receiving my mail I have been getting other people mail and they are getting mine I have called before but this is still happening I tried to call again just stay on hold for a long time please help don't know what to do not getting bank statements, bills neighbors are bring me my mail not good

I have been trying to get an appointment for a passport for Oct. 6. Monday, I was told to make one online due to a new system. When I tried I found no link to schedule, so I called back. Then I was told that to get one for this week I would have to wait until Fri. 9/29 and make one online. Today I go on the Canton site and see the words call for an appointment! I am very frustrated to say the least. Can you please advise with valid information?

when will mail resume haven't seen any in three days weather and roads are clear. when did the mailman have the option to run or not there are days if doesn't make to our neighborhood at all in holly springs ga
