I have a delivery scheduled for Sunday 12/17the post office claimed my package was left at the front door at 12:37. There was no package at the front door. This was my husband's Christmas. Gift. I try to submit a claim immediately after the claim was completed. I click submit. I got the message my claim was not valid due to the package was delivered through my local post office. What is the purpose of the claim form if you are denied because the package was delivered locally. Therefore I submitting a claim was all my time and effort was a waste. I thought USPS.com was for any postal service in USA.

The post lady delivered my package on the side of the house for the in front of my garage, FOR THE 2ND TIME. I live on the corner lot where cars & people are passing by constantly I'm trying to understand why the package wasn't delivered on my porch. Fortunately I was home today before anyone could get to it. I've been calling the Post Office delivery unit, but of course NO ONE is answering...just SENSELESS!!

Package with my child’s Easter pics were delivered in the mail. It specifically said do not bend and whomever the mail carrier is for the neighborhood bent the package and placed it in the mailbox. -SD

For the 3rd time in 2 years, I have either not received my package or package was mixed up with neighbors package (i.e. they received mine, I received theirs). I wish we had individual mail boxes at end of driveway in my neighborhood, but unfortunately we have central mail boxes at one station with parcel lockers. Its very easy for the carrier to mix things up if they are not paying attention.

I have not been getting my packages at my address for the last 4-6 weeks and been arguing with the companies who swear they had handed them over to the USPS to be delivered and the companies show where they have documented delivery to them , got a couple the other day but I finally got the reminensce of one today that was one that was missing awhile back! very small packaging but it was blown out one side and all the contents were missing, I left it in the mailbox with a sticky note asking " what is this"? And put the arm up, the mail person came by and looked in there and just shut the door back! Didn't even examine it, care to answer it, so I took it back ,and with the pix I have of its arrival and this review I'm gonna find out what the hell has happened to the USPS, they don't care who they hire any more ! They have no pride in the service they are suppose to provide! The let their carriers rob us, decide whether hey are gonna deliver to us or not, and they don't care how they do it! I use to really look up to those guys for going beyond the call of duty, you could depend on them, you had not worry about getting your deliveries or that yours would get to it's destination , but now it's just another govt. Swindle , highway robbery, game playing, off the chain ,out of this world CON! I bet the thief on my route's laughing their ass off about me going over their head to report them, they know those guys in administration ain't gonna do anything, and they'll keep their hi paying job and keep ripping us off! I'll end up doing it myself if I want any justice, and I will if I have too! I want them to have to give up their job if they can't do it right!

I subscribe to usps informed mail, and it showed items of mail to be delivered today, but the mail carrier never stopped, I was looking out the window, so i could go get my mail, but they did not stop. Why?

You have a cancer in your post office. Any mail that looks like it may be valuable is stolen in the Austell area, which is a shame because the post office is fighting for survival and now I have to use FedEx. I refuse to tell you where my relatives live because your thief of a mail person will take it out on them, but rest assured - you have a serious thief somewhere in your post office that delivers mail to Austell.
