I had a package arrive at this location 06/27/22 the tracking information said my package was delivered 06/29/22 at my mailbox. Needless to say my package was not in my mailbox nor at my doorstep. I opened a case in hopes of tracking my package but unfortunately this was no help at all. Someone called me from this location saying they would look into it BUT I never got any further correspondence NOR my package. When I called back I was informed they closed my case and nothing was done about my missing package. I am furious this isn't the first time I've had delivery issues with the Mableton location. USPS needs to shut this location down!
I let the phone ring for three minutes and no one answered at 4:56 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022. I need to find out if there is or has been a tv cabinet with a fireplace there, which was coming to my address in Largo, Florida. It has not yet arrived and the tracking system I was sent indicated it was there in Mabelton, GA on March 17th, when shipping label was prepared at 10:41 a.m. Please advise.
I placed an order weeks ago. Even paid for express shipping because I am going out of town and as I have been watching the status for my package- everything was moving perfectly in time right until it arrived at Mabelton and I have since not have had an update of my package. It has been there for days now and there is zero update on the status. This package came from overseas and was moving faster than it is at Mabelton!
I mailed a Christmas package to my grandchildren over a week ago priority and it says it is in the Mableton GA Post office hub since the 19th of December! Why aren't they shipping it out to get to them in Euharlee GA? I will complain up the chain and report this office if they do not send it on. There is no excuse for that to be in that post office that long just sitting there. If anyone knows how to get a hold of someone who actually works there that will answer a phone, please let me know!
I've never seen a post office with such horrible service! I've been waiting on my package, which shows delivered on the 25th of Oct. Today is the 4th of Nov and I have not received a phone call regarding the whereabouts of my package. I've filed a claim, spoke with Brandon who claims he was the supervisor when I contacted this office, who was supposed to call me back Monday and it never happened. This is the second time that one of my packages has shown delivered and we have not received our merchandise. Who is in charge, how is it that your particular office has a 2 rating? and all the complaints are the same. I wish I could intercept my packages so that they would skip this post office all together.
I subscribe to IPSY, a monthly makeup bag service. Last month I never received my bag. It was held up in Mableton for 15 days. That was the minimum amount of days IPSY requires it to have been delayed before they will send a replacement. Anyway, I got my replacement and here it is a month later and once again my bag has been held up in *guess where??* Mableton! Ugh I’m beginning to wonder if someone at the post office is stealing my mail. I don’t live there but undoubtedly it is required to pass through there before it gets to me. Sad that we can’t have dependable workers in our government offices. Complete incompetence!
I've been waiting on a gift for my Granddaughter thirty two days.Now tracking says it is in Mabelton Georgia...I'am reading these comments and .....This has been a nightmare Now I read the Post Office is as well a nightmare.....Never before and I hope never again.
I live at 7206 Begonia for over 2years, and never had an issue with mail being delivered; however, now I am not able to receive mail to delivered not only from post office but post office put a block on our address to all deceivers including ups fedex and Amazon, due to what I don’t know, they carriers at mableton p.o said, because the carry has to back down, we it’s 5 townhomes next to each other literally 50 steps total, she have plenty room to walk it off not discontinue our deliveries without notice. After reading the reviews I know I am complaining to the wall but here goes anyway. We have lived here in Mableton for almost 14 years and have had great service until the last 2 years and it is now as bad as all the reviews say. Our mail does not get here or packages we get other peoples mail. I tell everyone sending me anything to not use the postal service. I would rather use Fed Ex or UPS All my bills are now e mailed because I can't trust I will get them from the post office or someone else will get them. Hopefully something will change soon but I really doubt it.
I have been living in Mableton,GA for 3 months. There have been 3 occasions where I received a package too big to fit in my my box so the package is left in a larger mailbox and the key for this larger box to retrieve the package is left in my box. Three times and I’ve had a problem each time most recently today. The key, doesn’t work, no key, the key turns half way but doesn’t unlock the box. I am frustrated at this point and have lost faith with the USPS and their ability to do a job. I spoke to someone today who was totally unengaged and not interested in helping me. This is unacceptable to me and should be unacceptable to you.
I contacted the post office in mid November about an issue with mail delivery. I’ve lived in my house 8 months now and just about every week I’ve gotten other peoples mail. I was sick of delivering their mail so I wrote to the post office so they could correct this issue. They spoke to my carrier, who in return wrote me a harassing letter and put it in my mailbox, calling me a liar and telling me she knows where I live. After that letter I emailed it to the post office. I got a call back 2 days later saying she would pass this along to my carriers supervisor and post master. I was assured I’d get a call back in a few days. Those days went by and no one contacted me. I tried calling the post office and it just rings, the post office is aware of this issue but doesn’t seem to care to correct it. I filed ANOTHER complaint to which I got a call back from the same person who said I’d get a call back a week ago... she told me someone would call me back for sure that same day.. no one called me. It’s been almost a month and no one cares their carrier ( Tonya) is harassing anyone. It’s unacceptable and not ok to ignore this situation. I should mention I even got an email asking to rate how my situation was handled abs if it was resolved. It got all zeros and I lengthy explanation why. Still no one has called or contacted me. Covering for your employees? Just know if something happens to my house or my family I will be suing you.
I called 770-745-4394 and no one answered the phone from 2pm-4pm. I asked for the postmaster information Ms. Cabe to report this issue and was told that there was no contact number for her. This is truly sad when you cannot depend on the postal service to deliver your packages.
I don't use the post office often, but this is the second time in 6 months that when I did go to use the lobby postal kiosk, it was not working. I am very disappointed that during the Christmas rush, more time and attention is not spent keeping the postal kiosk operatinal. It would also help if there was a place we could check to see if the kiosk is working before wasting our time driving there.
Delivery service is horrible for this area! No note is left on door but when I track packages it reads; unable to deliver package because no one is home or not secure area. We are retired! I see the mail truck go by and they don't even stop or knock on the door or ring the door bell, again no notice was left.. Even worse going to the Post Office. Very poor customer service skills. Very obvious why people no longer want to use the post office...
I recently moved to the Mableton area and had mail to transfer over from my old apt (address change). It's been 6 weeks now and I haven't gotten any mail from my old address to my new address. I called Marietta location witch was very nice and helpful to see if the carrier was forwarding my mail. After getting info from the Marietta location, I called the Mableton location to inquire about my mail being delivered and change of address. Amber who is and employee at the Mableton post office was so rude over the phone. Amber did not want to help me or answer any of my questions over the phone. She was really rude and her customer service wasn't good at all. I'm going to the post office in person in the morning to try and get some answers. Hopefully, customer service will be better. First time dealing with this post office and had a bad experience smh..
Worst post office service around. Mail man has damaged my rose buch that by my mail box. Had cause damage to many of my packages because he decides to through then across my walkway instead of walking package to my door
