My niece mailed me a package two weeks ago. She mailed three in all and two of them got to their destination on Thursday the same week. It was mailed from Port St Joe, FLA. It was to be delivered to me in Augusta on the 8th. It was never delivered. This box has been sent back and forth to Atlanta and back again to Augusta 5 times. I am tired of waiting on this box to miraculously make its way to my house. Tracking no. 9500112473063248529887. Where is this box?? I says it is in Augusta. I track my packages. I know how many times this box has gone back and forth. You can`t contact the post office itself. Phone is sent to the Operator and go to a busy signal after ringing off the hook. No one answers the phone at this location. Someone needs to check on what is going on at this branch. Martinez branch in Augusta. My neighbors and I are tired of getting the wrong mail and meds put in wrong mailboxes. I have never had such bad service as this post office serves!!!!!

On Oct. 30 one of your postal worker failed to deliver an Amazon package to 4458 Shadowood Drive Martinez, Ga. I received a message from Amazon stating that at 3:57pm, the package could not be delivered because it was stater that the driveway or front door was not accessible. The driveway can hold 6 cars. There were 3 cars in the driveway yesterday. There was at least 20 feet behind the car closest to the street. There was absolutely nothing obstructing the front door, and the front door was open. My daughter and I were home all day. I took photos of the driveway and front door which clearly identifies no obstructions. It is clearly evident that your employee made no attempt to deliver the package. In addition, I have attempted to call the Martinez Post Office 5 times. There was no answer. Please call me: (631)877-4034

The mail delivery to our business is absolutely horrible! I put mail in my box everyday and I only ever have my mail picked-up when they have mail to deliver, I send out invoices on a daily basis that just sit for days at a time because they think if they have nothing to deliver there is nothing to pick-up! I call the Post Office and can never get anyone to pick-up the phone. I literally just watched the mail person drive up to the other two businesses on each side of me and deliver mail but didn't bother to stop at my box to see if there was out-going mail! I should not have to drive to the Post Office daily we are a BUSINESS!

a customer of mine paid for me to build him a pc , i paid for s/h and insurance, and signature service, priority mail, $178 and change, and signature confirmation with a total of $3000 in insurance, the PC was to take 6 days, instead it took 10 days, the customer requested for it to be delivered on Saturday, i was told by PO that it would arrive on Thursday, it didn't arrive till Monday the week after it was shipped, to add to this the postal worker who was in charge of delivering this PC that has a value of $3000.00 was to get a signature from the customer, instead i am greeted with a phone call from my customer from his work at 10:28 am with a message stating the package was delivered to an individual, now i know both of my customers husband and wife, neither one of them were home and their children are in day care, so my customer left and went home to find the PC sitting on his front porch for anyone to come and take if they so choose to do so, what is the point in charging your customers S/H insurance/ signature service/ signature verification, priority, if your service you provide does not include those services, i want a refund for the lack of competence from your delivery driver who doesn't seem to think my business nor my mail is important enough to do the job he is paid to do , after calling the Agusta Georgia telephone number 6 times and being auto hung up on 6 times tells me about their service

Let me save you all time... there's a struggle ahead of you. No need to try and call you wont get thru, local or 800 number. So yea meditate as long as you can... if it is medicine you aren't receiving doesn't matter... doesn't matter how important it may be you aint getting it. better off eating as many vegetables as possible until your package finally comes. but please don't waste your time or energy getting upset or calling. stay positive about the things you can affect... but please don't let this problem destroy your days... good luck everyone.

More than once I have noticed a mail carrier truck pulled over on Watervale Road, and the driver out of the car with boxes of mail put out on the road, sorting thru, or something?? Yesterday it was truck # 0229513 @ 1:39. Why would you not sort your mail at the post office and not pull off the road somewhere to do it. It just looks suspicious and makes you feel the delivery of the mail is not safe.

So what gives the local postmaster the right and authority to withhold packages containing patron medication being delivered via mail while getting packages shipped by Amazon out to the customer? Medication is a much greater need for me an many others than anything coming from Amazon! I wonder what the postal IG would say about this?

Our mail carrier pulls up into our driveway when there are packages to deliver and then sits there sorting mail or taking a break. That’s not the bad part. They are apparently unable to drive their truck well enough to get out of the driveway without running over the grass. I have twice put up low fences in hopes of keeping them off the grass and both times the fences have been run over. I have left a note for the carrier asking them not to come up in the driveway, but to park down near the mailbox and walk the packages up to the porch. That’s what the UPS and FedEx drivers do. They don’t destroy the fences or the grass.

Re:Our P.O. Box at Commercial Blvd. I have been looking for invoices from suppliers and checks from customers since first week of October. One customer stopped payment on their check and reissued another. Today is November 13 and guess what was in our Box. Mail and checks postmarked October 4-11, 2018. Over a month old. Where have they been?

Had a delivery notice left on my door today stating certified letter not deliverable. My office is 3' from my front door. My husband is in the office all day. No one even knocked on the door. Just stuck notice to glass storm door. There was absolutely no reason someone could not have knocked on the door. Now we have to wait 3 days, since Monday is a holiday, until we can go to the post office to retrieve the letter. This is why I now do all of my postal business via email.

I live on Stevens Creek Road and the letter carrier left the backs of the mailboxes open today. I don't understand how this could happen and disciplinary action needs to be taken

Whoever is on the Sunday route for my address should be fired. Every time I have a Sunday delivery it is not delivered to my address. I have no clue where they deliver the package to but it is never my house. This has happened over a dozen times now. I guess I'll have to order things so they won't be delivered on sundays. I'm lucky that wherever the packages go the person is kind enough to drop them off by the house a few days later. This is absolutely rediculous.
