The service at the Wellington Post office is pure crap. They do not EVER answer their phone, I have been calling for hours, and they misdelivered my mail. This is why the government should stop funding this institution. Let a private company do it if they cannot do what is supposed to be done.
I have been on the phone for 45 minutes I’ve called seven different post office in the Wellington Florida area not one single one of them will put you to an agent to speak to them I literally could not get a hold of a human being it is ridiculous all I wanted to ask was how much it would cost to ship a certain package of a certain weight and it took me almost an hour to do so and I still had no results and nobody will be paying me for this hour of last time this is absurd
Truck 1256600 almost just hit my 4 year old son and I because he didn’t want to wait for us to get across the street before he decided to go. If the damn PO would answer the phone maybe I could make a proper complaint. He should NOT BE DRIVING.
I have a serious issue with USPS service. I need to present my issues to the local post master. Way to complicated for messaging.

Someone else's mail has been delivered to my address twice in the last three weeks. Additionally, I filed a complaint with Amazon because an order update claimed the package had been delivered to my mailbox. I waited three work days, and never received the package in the mail; thus, I reported this to Amazon. My money was refunded, and I reordered the item. The package (padded envelope) shows up today in my mailbox - taped closed with the note 'wrong address' on it. This is three times in three weeks that there have been mail delivered to the wrong address.
Tracking No. 9405511298370844526430 Missed its delivery date. I talked to the Wellington Office at 1650 11/2/17. This package was due today and they are not going to deliver to meet the delivery date. The delay was coming from the West Palm Beach to the delivery office. It took 10 hours to come across town. This was a 2nd day mail that was shipped on 10/31/17 and delivery was due 11/2/17.
We live at 13693 Yarmouth Ct. in Wellington. Every Saturday the man that delivers the mail deliberately runs over 2 of the neighbors recycle bins, even though they don't block the mail boxes in the slightest. I finally witnessed it and got pictures. I will be filing a police report about the garbage he sends out in to the street and damage to the recycle bins that he has caused during time.
