I informed via paperwork that I would not be in our wellington home throughout the month of October and part of September. I am out of state and will continue to be till the end of October. we have requested our "mail", not ads or brochures, to be forwarded to our Minneapolis address. we have received very few pieces of mail. I am wondering if your P.O. is holding any "mail" for us at the P.O. and again no ads or anything else not considered true mail to our attention. please let me know at your earliest considering we were and continue to expect some important mail. Thank you. Alan Stopek

Good morning, I would like to ask you about a shipment that my cousin made on 01.05.19 with destination Argentina, which has not arrived yet. They informed him that it could take 10 days but at the moment I have no news. HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE PACKAGE OF MY PACKAGE? The receipt says Customs #: UH015555647US. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

Through our front windows my fiance and I oberseved today (Tuesday 06/19/2018 at approximately 2:30 p.m. est.) the mailman delivery our mail to our mail box and then drive away. At approximately 4:00 p.m. today I went outside and got our mail only to find anotice from the mailman saying that he tried to delivery a very important letter from the United States Justice Department but no one answered our door. The mailman is lying, he never got out of the mail truck. We have a camera at the front door and can prove that the mailman never really made any attempts at ringing our doorbell or knocking on our door. And the notice the mailman left us in our mailbox, in the "Today's Date" section has the wrong date on it, it has yesterday's date of "6/18/18" but today's date is 06/19/2018. And we receive notices in the morning from the Post Office ("Informed Delivery Daily Digest") stipulating what mail we are to expect each day and today's notification did not show anything from the U.S. Dept. Of Justice. And we as well as almost all of our neighbors have been having many problems with our mailman in the past. And the icing on the cake is that I keep calling the toll free telephone number for the Palms West Post Office and it tells me I have a one to two our holding waiting time but then after I hold for approximately 5 to 7 miniutes it hangs up on me and keeps doing this over and over again. Additionally I try calling the Palms West Post Office's local phone number and it just rings, then picks up, and then hangs up.

how can you ever make an appt for a passport renewal if you never answer any phone you list, I have been trying now for two weeks with no luck of anyone ever answering a phone, either passport or regular, so very disappointing.
