Postal Locations

This is an ongoing problem since April my mail was suppose to go to Yonkers and some times it does and sometimes it does not. Please check I am tired of sending notes and calling and no results.My next step is to Post Office General PLeas

I'm not sure why they say 24 hours self serve service if you can't access your mail box I'm very upset about this , I'm a nurse I work front line everyday I leave early come home late I work 7 days a week most of the time, sometimes I may think I'm off I get call for an emergency coverage, I've gone to the post office at 6am even call I late to 7:30 to pickup my mail just to find them close each time , I wish I could sent my packages home but I'm never there don't want the risk of loosing them, I don't understand the process of paying and I can't get access until month

The new post carrier in Royal Palm Beach is not leaving packages in people's front doors. He is leaving them downstairs by the mailbox. I am missing packages because someone probably nicked it since there are no cameras and the new mailman is not taking the time to leave them at people's doorsteps.
