My post woman for my address(1818 staysail dr,valrico) her route is quite the teaser she parks her truck and talks with my husband for about 15-20 minutes I am a professional in my field and believe we are not to be fraternize with our patients and believe a federal employee should hold to the same standards. I confronted her about this and she said you are not his wife and drove off. This behavior continued until my husband now apparently rents a room in her home??? Can someone discuss this with her she is elder used to have blond hair and then dyed to a darker brown quite a whore in my book!!!

I forgot to put the package out. Was on the phone. He rang the bell twice and waited on the porch till I realized my mistake and came scurrying out. Thank you mail man!!!
I live in Dover 33527 and was wondering why the mailman cannot close my door on my mailbox I've asked nicely buy placed a taped note inside the mailbox plain to see if he would please close the door on my mailbox but I keep coming home to a mailbox with the door open I don't know if he's doing this out of Spike or not but I wish someone would contact me I have tried to call numerous times and no one can help me or I stay on the phone for over an hour if somebody can please contact me with any email I would appreciate it to get this mailman to close my mailbox so other people do not see I have mail in my mailbox and for it not to be rained on thank you
The post office took money out of my account for a P.O Box that I had canceled and got a letter confirming that. They take the phone off the hook so you can't get a hold of them . This is Illegal! Im paying for something that i dont have. Does anybody govern this place anymore? The post master himself said he would correct it but didn't. How do you justify this. They want your business but don't earn it. I would like my money back. I DO NOT HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX. MAN UP AND ANSWER THE PHONE!
Passport - unpleasant experience with employee Telyn
Hi, I called 813-657-0495 to ask for an appointment for a passport, like it says on this page. I spoke with Telyn at the office. Can you please go back and listen to the phone call (if you guys record it). It was not a nice conversation. She needs to learn how to have better customer service. Call was placed at 8:42am on Jan 6th. I was calling bec/I had a few questions. She had many things that she said that are not consistent with the information on the website. Including how long it takes for the expedited passport and how much the fee is. That website above says that if I am traveling less than 4-6weeks, I can apply at an acceptance facility or renew by mail. I was looking to do it at a facility. She kept repeating that I cannot set up appointment by phone (even though on this exact website it says to call). That part is ok, I don't mind using my laptop.
However, I was telling her I was having trouble doing it on my computer and she kept repeating "you have to go to Miami, I cannot guarantee we can do it in 4 weeks". That is fine too but I don't understand why she got so rude with me and lost her temper, I told her a few times that I was trying to do the expedited version, which on the travel.state.gov website says that door-to-door is 2-3 weeks. I can also do overnight option. It takes 8 business days from the day they get it. She kept repeating "I already told you" and got an attitude saying that I have to go to Miami. I asked her why I cannot go to the office and do "expedited at an acceptance facility" like it says on the first link, since my travel is less than 6 weeks. She said I can but I have to make an appointment.
Very rude customer service person that lost her patience when I was simply trying to understand something that she was making me more confused on. She also said the expedite fee is $90 even though the website says $60. I didn't want to argue with her and tell her the stuff she says is not matching the website. Oh well. I think you guys record phone calls and I ask you to please listen to this one and help train her on better customer service skills.
Once she got an attitude with me and started talking to me like I am a little kid, I simply decided not to go to that location anymore so I don't have to see her in person. Please train your people better. Thank you and feel free to contact me through the email I provided.
Why are we getting first class and store benefit mail late? Also I am getting catalogues for next door and some mail eg: Social security forms, we did not receive at all. It does not seem to happen when our regular mail person is delivering. If we get someone else's mail we take it to them, but not all people do that. This is happening more and more frequently. I am very concerned with people getting my private information! Who do I go to next?
My apt manager insists all packages be delivered to her office not resident doors. It is your responsibility to deliver to the address on the package. She is never in the office and when she is she is only open 9-5 closed an hour for lunch and for those of us who leave at 8 am an return at 7 this does us no good. She is not open on the weekends either. Where in the postal system does it indicate that managers can dictate how the mail is delivered? Nowhere! I have complained about this many times I am home all day long and there is no excuse for not doing your job to deliver to the address specified. The office is not available/convenient to everyone!
NOT to mention that the group of mail boxes for standard mail has been wide open several times, broken, and then no mail is delivered. This makes day 4 this week that no mail is delivered to about 24 residents!
I have been waiting for my package.. Then I get a message that it could not be delivered.. I WAS home.. NO ONE showed up.. NA DA. I'm pissed. My mail person lied. Reply if you want to really deliver my package
I have been calling all day the phone 07/11/2016 and the phones have been down. So then I get a lady who was rude could not tell me when my PO BOX would be unlocked due to I paid the bill a few days late. So I said I want a refund she said no we don't do refunds. but yet the post master said they do. What a nightmare just to get my freaking mail. I will never go here again I will use another location. we all need to start using UPS and others our USPS sucks. No I'm tiring to tell them i'm not a robot and this is even a pain in the butt. Now we know why the USPS is crashing bad people running it and bad management.
Don't report it to the Valrico Post Office these people are working together. They are unprofessional and unwilling to help. Go above these punk people and complaint trust me I have so much experience with them already I hate to say this.
Too bad I had to leave at least one star. Last year, I filed a complaint against postal office's worker on Valrico 60 she is an old lady wear a glasses witch nose with bad attitudes you can't miss this one every time you walk in.Ever since my last complaint with them, the services I need to be done at the post office has never been good but unpresentable and unwilling to help.My package was being returned due to the fact that post office's worker misleading, so I call and talk with supervisor she was unwilling to help, she was laughing instead, what a shame unprofessional supervisor. I hate that b****.Best is avoid these people they seems working together
Trust me they heard a phone ring they just won't answer I know these people. Just be aware and avoid it.

Bought a PO box at the post office in Valrico,Florida to keep my mail from being ripped off. Got a birthday card in.my box today all ready opened and the gift card gone. Thanks united states postal service. Thanks for nothing.
