Local service is just plain lazy. I live in a culdesac - often the driver passes me by. Today he just drove around the whole culdesac without stopping, even though the mail box flag was up -- he needed to stop and pick up misdelivered mail. Then he sat at the stop sign for several minutes - to eat his lunch, I guess he was trying to save his time

Brandon, Fl 33511-9998 last week Saturday to be mailed to NYC by Wednesday the 13th here it us Saturday the 16th and still the package hasnt been delivered! So me being a concerned paying customer i go to the above location to query about the package i just paid extra to be delivered at a specific time frame and there is currently a supervisor by the name Leslie who will not disclose her last name and was also very rude and unprofessional she didnt want to help me track the package nor give out any information other than Covid! She had no care or concern about my money being wasted or the fact i needed her help which im sure shes being paid to do hourly! Working along side her is also another rude unprofessional associate by the name of Chris who also is being paid hourly to be rude and cant do his job! Please tell me why are you hiring people that dont have a clue about customer service or customer etticacy!!!!!!!

I sent a package to the UK, completed all the customs forms at the PO, paid $107 to ship including insurance and somehow during the shipment the name got changed on the parcel. My cousin is unable to pay for custom duties in the UK and our USPS refuses to assist. They wash their hands once they get your money. The supervisor even told me it was my fault for filling the forms out wrong!!!! (I have copies of the forms and they are correct!!!) Go to UPS and save yourself the headache.
Brandon post office leaves 3 carts in the lobby for customers to drop off their pre paid packages. Customers waiting in the lobby have full access to these packages that are unsupervised in these carts. I have had several packages come up missing since they've put these drop off carts in the lobby and I have called the post office so they can correct this. I took a video of a customer taking a half full, thats right a half full cart out to his dodge truck so he can load his ebay packages into the cart, this was clear across the other side off the parking lot... I am a business owner and quite frankly i'm tired of my packages coming up missing. Post office workers do not scan these packages in these carts until they are pushed in back. So their is no proof of package ever being dropped off. I request that they correct this issue of leaving carts overflowing with unscanned packages out in the lobby for anyone to grab. I am furious that nothing has been done about this and I'm quite confident I'm not the only person who has experienced this bs. What else is complete bs is I now have to wait until closing time around 4:50 pm to drop off my packages into the drop off carts just to lessen the chances of one of my packages being stolen out of the lobby. That post office is packed with people everytime i go in there and nobody pays attention to customers touching these packages in the carts. If this problem isnt correct asap I will be happy to relinquish video to the internet of customer pushing a half full cart out to his truck so he can load his ebay boxes. He just walked in grabbed the cart and walked out with it. I could not believe my eyes which is why I took a video of it. I ship a lot of expensive stuff through the post office and this is very unsettling. Furthermore I have already called this post office telling them what happened and I have video. Handle your business professionally please, this is so aggravating i have to tell the post office how to do their job. What's the number to channel 8 on your side?
Hello, I placed an order via USPS in May and the package was shipped to the wrong address. This package seems to have been returned to the post office and I would like to know where it is really returned and that it is delivered to me as stipulated when ordering.

They NEVER answer the phone. It was busy for a long time and then when I got a ring it rang and rang and rang. I called back two more times and let it ring. This is Wednesday and the packet that is normally delivered (advertisements) usually comes Tuesday. Didn't get it today either. New mailman perhaps??? Been coming really late in the afternoon.
I put a hold mail request on 03/15/19 Just to find out that it was not done and all my mail stayed in my mailbox for 3 days.
I tried to calll the Brandon office all day, They do not answer the phone.
Never never answer the phone, and when they do, they are incredibly rude. Kept telling me my package was still in Tampa and not processed, when in in fact it had been processed, delivered to Brandon (where I live)then sent to Jacksonville, and now supposed to be in route... These are the most incompetent bunch of morons I've dealt with. All should be fired and replaced
In Recent time 3 times my package got returned saying invalid address which is totally unbelievable. they are doing it intentionally otherwise they should return to sender but my sender also not received package instead it sent to mail recovery center and then totally lost it.. very disappointed with the service of Brandon post office.
I am very disappointed in the quality of service I have been receiving lately. In the last month, my mail has been placed in other people's mailboxes at least twice a week. Packages that did not need to be signed for have been left next door. The last time I did receive a box, it was jammed inside my mailbox and I nearly broke my mailbox trying to get it out. I am not sure if there's a new mail delivery person but this is unacceptable. I am trying to track down a package which supposedly was delivered last Wednesday but never received. At this point I am not sure if it was stolen or the mail person just did not deliver the package! I would appreciate a follow up at your earliest convenience.

really really mail person just left a note saying she would not take a package that need postage to be mail out I am a senior citizen w a car that does not work n she cannot take a small pacage to post office to be mail out really when the gentlemen is on route he has always taken my packages I find this so not ok an I am quite upset as it needs to get to Vermont by saturday
I've had a postman put a package that was too large for my mailbox and left it sticking out so far he couldn't close it. Not knowing if it will rain or the tempatation of kids taking it out along with my other mail ending up on the ground.......... I will be contact the post office regarding this matter as this the 2nd time the same new postman has done it.
