Mail is missing again. Last time in June 2021, and now March 2022. What is the best way to resolve this?

Not happy with Seffner post office. They misdeliver mail and then do not return calls. They make a mistake and I loose $40.00.

1. Make it a policy to answer the phone...It has been ringing for 5 minutes. 2. We are having some driveway work done and have a dumpster and a pile of sand near but NOT blocking the mailboxes. The delivery person could easily have stepped out of the truck and put the mail in the boxes but instead elected to NOT deliver our mail, drove on to the neighbors and delivered their mail. Nice work...no wonder USPS has a terrible reputation for customer service and losing money by the buckets full.

Something is amiss at this post office. Packages take a lot more days to be delivered than it should be. I'm still waiting for a package that got to them 6 days ago and it's still not delivered. This is not the first incident either. Things have gone missing and doesn't get delivered. Someone should look into this office and be sure the employees are doing the right things at these locations.

This is the worst Post Office ever!! Only one person at the counter while ten people are waiting in line! I only come here when I absolutely have to. Expect rudeness after your wait!

I agree with the comments below....the woman at the front ( red hair) has an attitude to no end!!!!!! I hope she reads these so she can have a wake up call as to how disliked she is. She is the most miserable b**** is have ever had to be subjected to.... the two Spanish men in there are AWSOME!!!!!

the short hobbit looking woman working the front is the worst human being on the planet. Her face and attitude reflect her disgusting, wasteful exsistance. But the three Hispanic men that work the front are the BEST, and always have been!
