I just wanted to let you know that I was there early this morning (12/21 @ 8:30) and one of your employees, Sandii, was helping a lot of customers with the priority mail kiosk. I can just say that she made the whole process fast and easy! I was very thankful that she was there!!

Did not get delivery of mail today at 6:54 pm mail in box T 7am not picked up.

THIS POST OFFICE HAS A PACKAGE THAT BELONGS TO ME! I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER THAT IT WAS DELIVERED ON 8/27/20 . UPS TRACK# 1Z679286YW66576073 DELIVERED TO ROCKLEDGE POST OFFICE AT 9:16 AND HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY? I HAVE BEEN CALLING OFFICE ONLY TO BE ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES AND THEN IT RINGS BUSY AND HANGS UP THE CALL.

We put in a forwarding address when our business moved, through usps.com and we have yet to receive ANY forwarded mail. I tried calling the post office but the phone rings and rings and rings, it is ridiculous we used to get 3-4pieces daily at our old address and now 3-4/week only and we are only a block away!

One would think that with all the news reports about "porch pirates" stealing delivered parcels that the USPS would put packages INSIDE screened porches where available. I just had a USPS delivery left outside my screened porch this morning (12/16/2019) standing on its end blocking my screened in porch from being able to be opened. Really stupid of the USPS to do this.

I would like to tell you about a very special postal carrier that delivers to my 86 year old mother in law in Silver Pines . Rachel has been a loving and caring person she knows every elderly person on her route and makes sure they are safe and taken care of. No matter the weather she makes sure they get their mail safely. Rachel has gone above and beyond to always check on my mother in law and I am so very thankful that she is our mail carrier. She deserves employee of the year. God Bless her.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK TO OUR GREAT MAILMAN WHO DELIVERS TO PARKSTONE DR. HE DELIVERED 2 LETTERS, TO US , ONE HAD THE INCORRECT HOUSE NUMBER, THE OTHER HAD A LABEL WHICH WAS ALMOST TOTALLY BLACKED OUT-HE GOT BOTH OF THEM TO US! THANK YOU MR. MAGIC

still busy, the phone is off the hook

I been trying to call since 2pm and been getting the busy tone.

I have been trying to call the post office all morning!!!! All it does is ring and ring and ring!!!! Twice I received a busy signal so I called right away still no answer!!!! At this point I am so aggrevated that if I ever reach somebody, I'm going to lay into them!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I agree with the customer below!!! No wonder the post office is losing money and customers!!!!!

I have mailed a letter every day for a week to my daughter from Omaha Ne and she has yet to receive one of the letters. No wonder the postal service is losing money and customers to the internet.

Called to ask why I, who lives in Sebastian, had an "out for delivery" from Rockledge and if that meant something went wrong or what, but he heard I lived in Sebastian, told me to call the Sebastian office that is closed, and hung up.
