Delivery service to South Tropical Trail has become very haphazard. Last Tuesday no delivery; today no pickup or delivery(mail to be picked up still in box).
There was a letter sent from Trans America for Lloyd Grant this week and we did NOT get it. WE need it for Income Tax purposes. Please find it.

My mail was not delivered yesterday, Thursday Nov 12. Who do we file a complaint with? Our mail to go out is still sitting out in the mailbox, and our red mail flag is still up.
Tracking says my package was delivered 7/20/20 but as of 7/26/20 I don't have it. Tracking # 92612902041494573290664076. Please let me know what to do.
Enjoyed fast service here the other day. Workers at Merritt Island have always been fast, courteous and helpful when I go there. Usually it may be the customer that is unfamiliar with the services that hold up the line. Carry on...
Its 6/28/19 and I am waiting for a pkg that was delivered 6/27/19.I am worried that someone took the pkg.I hope that it was scanned delivered but was not delivered??? could this happen ???
My neighbor is moving in today off Church Rd and there is a semi-truck unloading on the street and yes, it was blocking two mailboxes. The mail carrier pulled up to the front of the semi and just started honking the horn until the movers pulled the ramps and backed up the truck. She could have easily walked the 15 feet to the mailboxes. Wow, what a warm welcome to the Island. She is very unfriendly and on a side note, my next door neighbor keeps getting my mail.
No stars for this USPS. My mail was not delivered yesterday. My 2 phone calls to the facility this morning rang for 4 minutes and were never answered.
Completely dissatisfied with the outcome.

My dad and brother were 30+ year postal employees and three cousins were post masters in different places. I was familiar with many others. Because of this, I feel I know post office people. I just wanted to comment on our mailman who delivers in the 2900 block on North Tropical Trail. Unfortunately, I don't recall his name, but he is absolutely as good as they come- friendly, efficient and customer-oriented. He should be recognized.
Temporary guy while regular man was on vacation was too lazy to walk to front door and instead bent a clearly marked package to fit in box damaging a $80 artist sketch. Ticked off homeowner!
Tried to call because I was out of town way longer then expected because of my sister'sillness. Tried to call to check on my PO Box. No answer on the phone. I called when they were open. Tried using web. What a frustrating nightmare. Not happy with USPS.
BEWARE !!!! The Merritt Island post office has an emloyee that steal prescriptions which are mailed from the Dept of Veterans Affairs. The post office is aware of this theft and has done nothing to resolve the issue.
