My mail man doesn’t get out of the truck to put mail in if there is a truck parked by the mail box not in front of the mail box. We literally park in front of our house and because he can’t pull up without having to back up he won’t give us our mail!!He won’t even get out on trash day because our trash can is out. Our last mail lady got out of she needed to. How do we complain about his work?

The postal service respectfully care for there customers, however, due to many safety, it is very hard for them to do there job. The drivers have to use the proper procedures to not be involved in accidents.

The mailman left my mailbox open again. I don't understand if I can shut it why can't they? It's raining out and all that's in the mailbox will be soaking wet as it always is because the mailman always leaves the mailbox open! And yet they make more money than anyone else $17 an hour more than most people!

Hello Penny, yes it's an issue when that happens. And although the postal service gets lot of mail, within this season, it really upsetting to not receive your mail as it should come.

I have been waiting over a month, for them too change keylock for mailbox and give me a key for my own mailbox. they have been putting me on hold for bs reasons. We the public pay their salary, and shouldn't have to be put on hold. I am very pissed off.

Hello Mr Shepard, I really hope you've received you're keylock by now. It's really upsetting to have to wait on your personal items. A lot of facility that process keys also go through the mailing process.

This post office is very incompetent. I have asked 3 days in a row to have a package delivered. I have complied with all the postal services requirements and still no package. I have spoken to 2 separate Supervisor's and both have been very flip about my requests saying "what do you want me to do", "call back tomorrow", " can't find your packages", well you left me a slip of paper saying I needed to sign for them so you have them somewhere. Then I finally get someone to listen and they tell me to call back in 30 minutes. I am beyond upset. Where has Customer Service gone?
