My regular mailman, Sid, is just wonderful, and I've never had any problems with his deliveries. His replacements on his days off are another matter.... I dread the day Sid retires!
One out of three postal workers at the desk was properly wearing a mask today. One had none another wore it under her nose and one was properly wearing it.
There are no pens at the desks and no hand sanitizer.
This is very poor administrative efforts. People are at risk.
I WAS WAITING A PACKAGE AT MY HOME, MY SON, FRIEND, GRANDDAUG AND ME INSIDE HOME ALL DAY LONG AND A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SIGN TO RECEIVE WAS NOT DELIVERED BECAUSE4 THE GUY DID NOT CAME OR KNOCK THE DOOR, JUST LEFT THE "SORRY WE MISSEED YOU..." IN THE MAIL BOX....THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL... IAM SO MAD
Is moment of change of employees because I have three months I move to this address never I have my mail with correct address, I has been en this post office for three times for to correct my zip code and until now I have the same error, where I need to go for make complain this is stupid thing
my mailis delivered to the wrong house, or not at all. I have been getting calls from bill collectors saying why haven't I sent in the payment. NEVER RECEIVED A Bill, yesterday a neighbor brought my mail to me an important paper,I have been to the post office twice to report lost packages
It does not help to report how inferior these people are because nothing ever changes. They know we depend on them we are at their mercy. Discusting service.
Worst post office ever !! Last time I received mail delivery was over a week ago and it belonged to another address. Constantly getting other people’s mail, which we leave in our box for USPS to pick up again. I can only imagine where my mail is. Tried calling 4 times so far today, they don’t even bother answering. I think it’s time to change some employees out.
As no one at tropical Reef PO has given a damn about my problem with my mail delivery, I am requesting the phone number of the USPS Postal Inspectors Service! Maybe THEY care about we taxpayers who WANT OUR MAIL DELIVERED PROPERLY!
So i went to the post office yesterday 12/20 for a gift i was told that was placed at my door said they attempted to leave package 12/11 but was not my normal driver i was not home so she brought it back to the post office (SMART WOMEN) then my normal driver brought it and left it at my front door... Now i don't live in the best place and it was stolen... the nice lady at the desk on 12/20 was amazing went above and beyond to find it but when she called the driver the driver said she had left it there... The lady asked me if i wanted my packages dropped off if no one was there i said no please bring them back here i have no problem coming to pick them up.... Now i understand not everyone feels the same way ... After e-mailing the company and telling them they told me sorry they said it was delivered... so i call back to the post office to speak with someone after the 3rd time calling someone answered and when i explained what was going on he was very rude and had the attitude of i don't care... not my problem you should have done this and that not our problem when i asked to talk to a manager he said one wasn't in and he was the supervisor (LMFAO) I asked so supervisors answer phones ha nice try buddy i work in a call center i know this game he kept cutting me off as i spoke with his info.... I said make sure there is a note on my address DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES... HE TOLD ME HE COULDN'T but yet the lady yesterday suggested we note this... MOST COMPLAINTS ON HERE ARE FOR THE SAME THING....
The homeless loiter outside during the day& sleep in the lobby at night.There is one woman that is especially vulgar and threatening. I am now afraid to go to the post office to pick up my mail after hours, which means I have to take off work to get my mail.
Also, has there been a change regarding policy on picking up mail from the home mail box? I have had letter a letter to go out hanging out the mail slot for 3 days and it has not been picked up. The carrier actually had to remove it from the slot to put my mail in and then replace it in the same position.
They lost my mail on several occasion, or put them in the wrong mailbox and no one ever answer's the phone. And now another piece of mail that they can't find.
it's been two weeks and the recipient in this area still not gotten my extremely urgent mailing. Causing such a holdup and I see no wonder why plenty of customer complaints. I wish this branch please get moving with what I mailed!
