Horrible customer service, been trying for weeks to reach post office. One answer/Hangup and 60 calls later. NO Answer!!!

Why have a local phone number when the worthless losers don't pick up the phone. For an agency that is allegedly not affiliated with the federal government they certainly do have the habits and work style of the federal government. And this is DURING alleged business hours. Losers.

Help! I NEED my packages that are SUPPOSED to be delivered TODAY! THERE IS NO RHYME NOR REASON TO BE DELIVERING MAIL AFTER 6 PM which IS THE CASE MOST DAYS! HOWEVER, Naturally, the last 3 Days, SOMEHOW our mail was Delivered at a REASONABLE TIME! EXCEPT TODAY! It’s just After 2 PM & I NEED Todays shipments! HELP

Nobody answers the phone ! Why have one. Sorry management ,the girls up front are good but lazy worthless manager.

I pay for a Star subscription and I havent gotten one in 2 weeks. Mail carrier is "Queeny". The magazine never arrives on time. Please look into this problem. Thanks

A stack of addressed envelopes to vendors was mailed from the mail shoot inside the lobby in the afternoon of July 21,2016. A vendor contacted me today to tell me he received the invoices marked paid with the check number but no checks and inside the envelope was another addressed envelope sealed with a stamp on it. The person it was addressed to and the stamped envelope did not come from me! Obviously someone in the Lighthouse Point branch opened the envelope and took the checks off the enclosed invoice copies and when they stuffed the invoice copies back in the envelope and scooped up another letter in with it. The envelope stamped and ready to mail inside our vendors envelope was not post marked. I have canceled the checks that were in that envelope. I am no longer comfortable mailing checks through that branch. Please find your thief!
