Why in Gods name do you people not pick up mail.? It’s been in the box for a week now with the flag up. I cannot get to the main office and there are no boxes in the area so how can I pay this bill? I cannot pay it online unless you people pick up the form for me to do so. What am I suppose to do?…..

These are the worst postal carriers ever. Half of my packages go missing. Can’t get in touch with anyone. Total incompetence . Ignorant trash is what they hire and call it non discriminatory.

Just called about a piece of mail that was not delivered to correct address but tracking said it was delivered. The lady on the other end was so rude and no customer service ethic. If you are dealing with the public you should have a little respect for the customer. She was sarcastic and heard another laughing in background….offered no help. Will file an official complaint 😡

The two women who are at the 2351 W. Atlantic Blvd branch at 9:30 every morning bully me because I am a crippled senior. This morning they called me a drunk and then burst out laughing. I am terrified to go into the post office as it is escalating. Don't they have a no fear policy ?

I’ve ordered an outfit but I didn’t notice the building number was wrong and it said “unknown address” so I was wondering if someone from this office bring my package to the right building and door it’s 4748 west Atlantic Blvd 301 thank you!

I called USPS (800) 275-8777 support number) and they gave me this number 954-935-5122 regarding an issue and advised me to contact PM Joseph Croce. I then attempted to contact this Post office Saturday Feb 17th at approx 11:46AM. I called and asked to speak Joseph Croce the station manager (postmaster). A black woman who I could hardly understand answered the phone and then swiftly hung up on me. I'm now going to file a complaint with Postmaster General Louis DeJoy's office in New York city regarding the issues at this Pompano Beach PO that falls under 33064. This is the most unprofessional PO I have ever encountered.

That sob LaJoy has got to go . All he has did is profit from doing away with sorting machines, mail boxes, staff reduction, no more overtime for employees , cut hours so that employees do not have an adequate amount of time to load their trucks and to make delivery. You can thank that clueless moron Dump for making this all possible.

This location ignores phone calls. Ir rings a dozen times then hangs up.Time to defund the Pompano Beach post office because it does not seem to be there! customer service is a thing of the past. April 13th, 2021.

Hi - I just had an encounter with one of your employees, she comes to do mail at the Bell Lighthouse Point Location. She about 5'8, and African American. I have never had such a foul encounter with someone who works for you. Others in the building have also had very upsetting encounters with her. If I have another bad encounter with her, I will personally contact my apartment management and ask them to switch out her drop off with another employee or start a signature list to get her replaced. Very upsetting.

I want to file a complaint against the Pompano Beach Post Office. On January 2, 2019 I dropped off a package to the post office to be delivered to Puerto Rico. It was never delivered to my dad which is 88 years old, and still waiting for the package. I will never support the united states post office.

After having PO Box 666954 for over a year, I am continually getting mail that is not addressed to me, but is addresses to Debra Fields. I have addressed this with the clerks in the post office and have been informed that the Postmaster has instructed the clerk who processes the PO box mail not to remove mail that is not addressed to box holders. Why am I paying for a box to have my box filled with junk mail that is not even addressed to me?

Bad bad bad I shipped package on Dec 16, 2017 it went to this post office pompano Florida and they got it on dec 24 ,which they were closed and guess as of today Jan 16, 2018 they have never delivered it . Now pay pal is holding my money.

Hello just wanted to informe you that: I had ordered at amazon.com on a Saturday -Tuesday the package was here and the 4 of july was a holiday . Talk about a promp and effective. kudos to both . Delivery lady and amazon.

You need to hurry up with what I mailed. You are causing a holdup by not delivering what is extremely urgent. No wonder complaints from other customers.
