I came to Pine Castle Post Office this morning to cash a money order from Guam which got returned because the claimant could not be located. My name appears on the money order as a sender but I was told to deposit the money order in my bank account. Unfortunately, my bank does not accept it because the MO says "Pay to" which is NOT my name. I need to go back tomorrow to the same post office that the teller SHOULD reissue a money order to my name. This back-and-forth procedure is killing me more than the COVID-19 problem. I am a senior and I need a fair and just treatment like any other. PLEASE HELP ME!
I rely heavily on Pacel Drop Box in the lobby, it sounds so convenient since the customers can drop the merchandises at any time but there is a major problem, the handle constanly got stuck. If the drop box is full, I can understand, but when you look through the opening crack, you can see very clearly that barely have nothing in there.
Today 01-17-17, after I dropped 2 boxes, the handle stucked again and the lady behind me had to go inside to drop her boxes. When she came out, she told me the clerk promised her that they will fix it.
