I just got a delivery sent by my aging mother I was inside my house and the postal guy literally slammed it as hard as he could on the concrete in front of my door. Just because they are miserable people and aren’t happy does not mean that they should try to destroy our property and get some kind of sick thrill over it.

Worst service ever ! Cannot get an agent on the phone. Anywhere ! Ridiculous !

I sent two manila envelopes to my sons in Orlando on Wednesday, April 7. They still have not received their packages. I sent them first class mail.

Quick story about this office if you ever meet the supervisor she has a black female she will discriminate you and she is quite racist actually. Cording to the policy if somebody comes without a mask they will call the cops on you but their actual policy as a post to ask you if you have one if not they post to provide you with one but the supervisor refused to do that and just call the cops I witnessed today when they called a cop on a young gentleman they clearly knew his law and the police officer that came out was out of his jurisdiction I should know I work for them.

I'm trying to call to this office and is impossible to have communication. The guy who took my package today charged $62 for my package and I was telling him that it was too much, but he still saying it was the price. When I checked at home he measured the packaged wrong. This is the second time my package has not arrived on time or at all from the same distributor through USPS. I spoke to the product's manufacturer thinking maybe it was an issue with them? Nope! Again, given an estimated delivery and the product has been turned right back around to seller without even getting near my mailbox. Extremely disappointed considering it has been "Out for delivery" since noon, it is now 8pm.

Yesterday I missed my package and then today the mail came early so I missed it again I called yesterday though and they said that they would bring my package at the normal scheduled daily route of mail drop-off and I'm getting ready to check right now if the mail came it's 4:57 p.m. usually the mail doesn't come till after 5 at night. I received an envelope in a plastic bag explaining it was found in loose mail. The envelope does not appear damaged. however it had very important documents in it... marriage license, birth certificate and divorce decree. Is possible these items were found?

Dear Wendy B, The USPS is the epitome of government service. I have had money stolen, packages lost, and have never been able to speak to someone on the phone for any problem that has come about. They are absolutely horrible. I appreciate the service of the postal workers, but management is abhorrent and unacceptable.

I sent a package to this post office to my daughter for her birthday on 5/22/13. She never got the package. I've been dealing with inconsiderate postal employees, who can't explain to me what happened to my package. I was told that this post office sent the package back to me in Texas, but here we are 7/22/13 and I still haven't receive my package back. What happen to customer service and putting the customers first? I'm very disappointed in the postal service. I tried calling this post office at the number listed on the website and it rings and rings and rings. Nothing and no one can replace my daughters birthday...
