I DO NOT UNDERSTAND the complaints posted here! We have been using this post office for over 26 years and I just want to say that I have always received good, prompt service, except during the holidays when everyone is sending cards and presents!!! Even then there are extra staff working ALL positions. Cannot remember ever having any problems at all, and they offer suggestions, to help you!

Tell the dummies in the mail trucks that the red flag means that there is outgoing mail in the box that they need to pick up. Driver just flies right past it since there is no mail to deliver. What a dumbass!

Funny, all my important pieces of mail that people send, I never receive! Where is it going???? I have been in to talk to management and this issue continues. Most recently it was something ordered on Etsy and $70 worth of gift cards. I would love to know who got them because I didn’t. I am beyond livid. This post office is a joke!

I dropped off a Birthday gift on 11/23/2020 to be mailed thru my stamps.com account where I had the postage already done the box is still not scanned as of 11/25/2020. The line was a mile long and I was on my lunch so I dropped the package without getting a reciept. I spoke with a manager and he had no interest in even looking for my box he said the scan must have been messed up which is bull.... I have done ebay for years and my scan was not messed up basically he told me I am out of luck on it. Don't drop your packages here without getting a receipt!!

Worst attitudes period! Only using the Mail Room from now on. More money but at least nice.

Absolutely the worst post office in the business. Too many complaints to list. Just venting.

Getting worse at leaving us the correct mail. 7th or 8th time recently we've gotten mail for someone else. Today 2/16/19 we got 2 wrong pieces. Our address is 465 Forest Park Rd., Oldsmar, 34677 About once week we get mail for 465 Hickorynut, Oldsmar 34677. One delivery person even said to me: "the numbers are the same"! Wow! ....... But the street names are not the same!!! Can they read? Whose got our mail if we've got wrong stuff.

I have called before to report that your relief driver puts our mail in our neighbors box. He flies by here like he is always in a hurry. He is a young person and I talked to him once and asked that he be more careful. But today again my neighbor knocks on my door and has my mail, her neighbor sometimes gets hers. One neighbor went to ups to get a box for her mail because she does not always receive it. This is a serious matter, I had an important letter being sent to me and was afraid I would not get it. I tried calling the post office but of course no one answers or you are told to wait for an hour. Very bad.

Lots of complaints posted here, as usual, but I wanted to say that I have used this post office for years and have always received good, prompt service. No problems at all, and they have even saved me money from time to time with suggestions.

I have never been happy with this post office and since I moved to Oldsmar 17 years ago. I have a business and I ship from my home. My husband usually takes it to the post office near the Tampa Airport and I've never had a problem. Recently I personally dropped off a package worth $55. The package was never scanned although I have the tracking number. When we asked them, they told us to file a claim. I just got a response back from USPS ad they told me I have to work with the Oldsmar office. So basically someone probably stole my package and I am out the inventory.

I never ever write reviews, but after five years of going to this post office today I decided to finally write one. Every customer service experience I have had with the older woman with a long white hair has been extremely unpleasant. She acts annoyed to deal with customers, and does not seem to enjoy her job at all. She is very short with customers as well with coworkers. It's really unfortunate being in an environment where I work in customer service to experience this myself. I strictly go to the post office for convenience. If it was not one minute up the road from where I live, I would never ever step foot in this place again. I just don't understand why she even works there if she clearly loathes her job this much.

WORST post office. Just absolutely awful. If you are under 2 cents they will send it back but if you are over 2 cents they won't refund. Poor customer service. I just got back something that said ILLEGIBLE ADDRESS. Um, I used a PayPal printed label. Go to the airport or any other location, this one is bad.

This is the only USPS office that charges for tape!!! I've never been charged for tape at other locations in the area. It's not even about money, it's about customer service and a respectful attitude towards customers. The tall blond 50+ lady is nasty and irrogant. The worst USPS office I've ever been to. I will never come back.

RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just left there and Spencer treated me like I was an inconvenience for him to help. If you do not want to deal with anyone then maybe you should look for a new job. Do not come here if you can find another Post Office location to go to. Stay far away.

I called this post office only to be treated with disrespect and belittle for asking questions about MY package. The minute I got on the phone with someone they acted harassed and made it seem like my fault my package was not delivered to my house. They marked my package as "undeliverable as addressed", I've been using this same address for years with no problem and when I asked the person why my package has been marked undeliverable she replied with "I don't know". I asked if I would be able to pick it up there and was told it would be a hassle to find on a pallet of 60 packages. Absolutely ridiculous, USPS should be eliminated all together, waste of US tax payer dollars. Whores.

This office is a joke ! My package for some reason was transferred to USPS by UPS yesterday instead of delivering it to me. Mind you I am across the street of this office. I called the post office and asked to pick it up. I was told it would be a hassle as its on a pallet to go out in today mail along with 1000 other packages. What a surprise that mail has arrived and still my package has not. When I call them the phone rings and rings with no answer although it shows they are open . Since its labor day on monday the earliest I can even do something about this is tuesday. Our tax dollars at work.

This post office in Oldsmar is a joke. They never do anything right. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today (Friday July 3rd) and they are not picking up the phone. I'm guessing this location chose to observe Independence Day today as well as tomorrow for the actual holiday. I would have picked up my package myself knowing they are always incompetent anyway. Once they shipped a package all the way back to China because the street was spelled (Tamoa rd) instead of Tampa rd. Seriously???? Couldn't you figure that puzzle out instead of sending something all the way back to China. You probably drive Tampa rd on your way into that crappy post office.

Paid for delivery in two days its 5 and still not delivered

Had a Christmas present get lost on the truck from here as well, makes you almost wish you could pick your path.

I had a package with tracking it made to Oldsmar post office. It needed to go 1 mile from there to my house it got lost ON THE TRUCK sorry there is nothing we can do sorry about your luck.

This is the worst post office on the planet. They repeatedly loose packages, mis-deliver and treat their customers like garbage. Over paid, and under staffed, expect nothing less then abuse.
