Why have a phone if no one answers it? Just trying to retrieve a package of mine before you send it back to where it started from because of “no such number”. Ridiculous!

Worst post office in America! No one... repeat... no one ever answers the telephone. Of course that goes for the Postmaster General's office in DC too... try them and you get the same unanswered phone.

I noticed we’re not getting mail on Saturday anymore. They close at 12. I had no idea about this change. DeJoy strikes again I guess. He’s ruining our us post office. I wish we could get rid of him. I feel sorry for our workers at the post office.

3 rd time in 2 mos packages state delivered to parcel box. Guess what? Not to me!!!!
We have cluster mailboxes and must've been put in wrong locker. Or gave the key to wrong mailbox. 1st two times, recipient was nice enough to deliver to my home and leave on porch. This time it's been two weeks and nothing. I'm sure someone is enjoying my $50 of expensive coffee. Now retailer won't reimburse because it states delivered. I'm out $50 yet again. And surprise, the post office won't answer their damn phone.

ordered something on line and got an alert that is it was delivered, but it was not. i live at cedar dunes and the mailboxes are locked. i think carrier put package in wrong box. I am box 34, box 35 is from canada and cannot visit the us and box 33 lives in the northeast. neither has been here in months. cannot get the post office on mission to answer the phone and i have called numerous times. how can i speak to a person

According to the USPS tracking page, my package arrived on the 23rd of last week. It seemingly is now just sitting at this location of 301 mission dr. in New Smyrna Beach. I called customer service for USPS and they could not tell me why the package was still there as they were just as confused as I was, which is never a good sign, especially after calling the actual store number and receiving no pick up.

mail carrier for 434 luna bella lane new smyrna beach needs to be fired she continues to lie about delivering package at door been home all day. Carrier said she tried to deliver at door but no one was home its a lie and we have video to prove she never showed up or came to door timed stamped!! FIRER HER!!!!

Got a text that said my package had been delivered to parcel locker but no key nor parcel code but no package was ever delivered so I can't make a complaint to police because carrier lied and did not deliver package!!!

my mail has been opened and put in my box!! my son's valentine's card was opened and returned to me(of course I didn't put money in it) and then this week important papers were delivered opened and marked return to sender. I am not happy about this at all

Why does it take all day till we get our mail on Birdie Dr New Smyrna Beach Fl we get our mail between 4 and 7 p.m. very frustrating when you are waiting on a check and your credit union is closed.

I had a package marked delivered to the parcel locker but I cannot get to it. The mail carrier did not leave the key in my box. Second time this has happened. Have called the local post office 34 times this morning and either get a busy signal or no answer.

I received a brown slip of paper advising me that the letter carrier had attempted to deliver a certified letter but no one was home to receive it. Both my wife and I were home all day. There was no attempt. This was just easier for her than getting out of her truck for three minutes to do her job. I live on Van Kleeck. This person is new to this route. Nick, our former delivery man would never pull this stunt.
