I had a registered mail package sent from Illinois on Nov 2, 2020. It is Nov 12, 2020 and the item was delivered to Navarre Post office on Nov 10. It left Pensacola, 45 min drive at 2:46 AM on the 10th. No update since it left Pensacola. 800 USPS telephone is a joke. Local number rings until disconnect 25 mins after open with No answer, no messages, NO HELP OF ANY KIND. $5000 item taking a trip around the world I guess. I will start using Fed Ex for everything. Not UPS, as they utilize USPS too much. My amazon items are no longer shipping through USPS. Not sure why we as tax payers put up with this.
I mailed a legal document on January 3 2020 from Shalimar FL 32579 to our attorney's office in Navarre. As of today, January 16, 2020, the document has not been delivered. This is preventing my ability to to fulfill my responsibility until the document is received by our attorney. There is no excuse for this. I am not in a position to deliver the document in person.
This is not the first time Navarre p.o. cannot deliver the mail in a timely manner.
I will be a resident in the near future and will be receiving my prescription medications by mail. I certainly hope I won't have to file a formal complaint if my medication is not delivered timely.
Whatever your process problems are, you need to resolve them asap. The current process is inexcusable.
My formal complaint will be sent to USPS inspector general. By law all formal complaints must be investigated.

I have no faith in the Navarre post office. I’ve only lived here since February and have had multiple incidents of my outgoing mail disappearing including legal documents and gift cards, never delivered or returned.
I will never send anything out thru Navarre post office again.
Many of my neighbors and my attorney have continued problems with disappearing mail from the Navarre P.O.
Speaking to the postmaster only gets you excuses.
This post office has serious problems that apparently the powers that be don’t care about.
What’s the point of providing an email when you never get a response?

The Navarre Post Office lost my package and has no idea where it is. I Guess the mailman decided to keep a Christmas present for himself. Can't get hold of them on the phone either, it just rings and rings and then disconnects you.
I mail a card from Montana with the correct amount of postage but when it get's to Navarre all of a sudden there is postage due of $2.20 What kind of Fraud is going on here and it is every time I mail a card to our Granddaughter. I will file a complaint with the Post Office in Washington DC.
I made a complaint about the Navarre post office about a package that I know was on the truck but was not delivered. Also certain magazines that come in the mail, come in torn, ripped or damaged so I complained. Now all of a sudden my mortgage checks aren't making it to bank, coincidence , I don't think it is. Everyone at that post office should be replaced.
I have tried to call the post office twice and the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers and then you are disconnected. Very difficult to get hold of Navarre Post office by phone. 850-939-0381. The msg on the phone is Navarre post office. say they will connect you but you are sent to an operator which never answers. I was trying to check on a package that needed a signature and I was not home time of delivery and can not find out if I have to go to the post office or if they are going to redeliver it. called for over 35 minutes never to get a human on the phone.
Continually getting other people's mail. My check was delivered to a neighbor, who luckily could read and brought it to me. Had mailbox damaged by postman. He did not have the courtesy or guts to come to my door and apologize. But what could you expect of the Navarre postoffice!
Called the Navarre Post Office today after finally being fed up with a couple of issues over several months...I received the usual classic-automated US wide options to no where.
1. Female deliver (African American) that drives every two to three days has two speeds: stop and GO FASTER. You can hear her coming like a plane in the sky. Love the hustle, but just because you’re not exceeding the 25 mph speed limit [debatable] doesn’t mean your not at risk of hitting someone, more importantly, a child.
2. Last I checked, assuming someone’s mail that isn’t yours is a Federal offense which is wrongly delivered by name/current resident [white middle aged mail, pony tail/facial hair]. What I don’t need, is a hand scribed note on the letter that says the secondary recipient “This is you”. Stop it, take it back, please.
so i was watching a group of people at the mailbox/they asked my my address after i sat there watching them/they opened the key box,and got a package for a different home,/they got a key for a box (delivery) for a different home)i delivered the mail for the actual receivers of the box(2/28/17).i am expecting a box to be delivered tomorrow that ads up to about 400 bucks.can i expect my delivery to be placed in another persons box?what are you people doing?
Very poor service. My niece moved to Narvarre ladt Dec and in that time 3 letters have not been delivered and had to pay to gave payment stopped on a check. Also had trouble receiving a package. After she went down and complained by coincidence the package appeared the next day!!!!!!!
We've lived in Navarre for 13 years and are kinda concerned that our mail keeps ending up 2 blocks over in a mailbox with a transposed house number. Especially alarming when I was missing a 3 months supply of important medication that a stranger 2 blocks over brought me yesterday. We also constantly get other people's mail and have to hand deliver it to them. Don't these postal workers get paid like $20 an hour to deliver our mail ??
Worst post office ever , usually has backed up lines they push you to use the automated machine instead of opening another teller .Rude Management ,change policies daily depending on there mood and who is working .The do not scan 90 % of items that are brought in with prepaid lables ,Items usually get their first scan in Pensacola or sometimes make it all the way to the destination before the item tracking bar gets scanned in .they have plenty of management walking around telling you were to stand were to dump items or what to do but that does not help the one or two actual clerks that are backed up behind the counter.They seem more worried about were you place your items than doing there jobs ,one day thay say put everything on the counter next day put it in the package shute ,next guy says dont ever use the shute because it might get jammed .Isnt that what the 5 people running around in the back and the guy walking around the lobby are there for?? and just imagine if they actually left a catch bin under the shute that let more than 3 packaged fall into it before it gets jammed ?No its just easier to slow down and harass the customer and give him the runaround instead checking other customers out .
This is terrible. I call to see if a package I was expecting was recieved and the guy who answered barley even let me get a hello out when he decided to very rudely interrupt me then hang up on me. Hire people who have their shit together instead of sticks up their asses. Thanks.
I have filed four complaints with the post master about the post office returning one of my corporations mail to the sender as undeliverable. I am at my wits end. Bank statements, vendor statements, notices from governments, mail from my CPA is the latest. If you have already complained to the post master where do you go from there?
