David was so helpful in tracking down a certified letter that went missing. Once I made a report, I got a call from David within 30 minutes. Two days later my letter arrived in Marco and David personally called me to let me know he had the letter in his hands and would leave it at the front counter for me. I appreciate his great service.
Twice now our mail deliverer refused to delivery a package that need a signature to my door. I went out of my way to make sure I was in my condo all day, waiting for the package. Please do your job!
We mailed 7 Christmas cards from the outdoor mailbox located at the Marco Island post office on 12/15/2020. It is now 1/22/2021 and NOT one of the cards have been delivered or "returned to sender". They were addressed to Pottstown, PA 19465 and Spring City, PA 19425. I have tried to call the post office, but the call is never answered. These cards need to be located! What can we do?
Well you could start by actually going to the PO. Have any Gov office ever answered a call?
2nd if you noticed just before you started typing it clearly says
“ NO MEMBER OF THE PO EILL READ THUS COMMENT”
So maybe complaining and trying to track down your mail on a “review” page will not solve your issue. Which I’m fairly confident you have several

I have never dealt with such lax and totally ignorant human beings as the workers at this Post Office. I mailed 2 letters the exact time, one was delivered, and the other return sender. More than enough postage! I then called on Thursday, the 14th of January, only to have a phone answered by air and hung up on 5 times!! Totally disgusting!! Idiots, ignorant jerks. And that is being mildly put!!
Just bullied, intimidated and embarrased by a male supervisor while looking for information on a letter and where to pick it up as I had requested online.
He was wrong, in the end, the package was at the Goodlette Frank location even though he insisted it was out for delivery.
