Postal Locations

I have forwarding order in place from January 22 thru July 22 yet mail has been returned to sender. Please look into this and correct the situation. Thank you

The Land O Lakes Florida Post Office is the BEST post office I have ever used. I have been in Florida a long time and I have never met so many kind, helpful and professional postal personnel. The always go above and beyond. They deserve a BIG Thank You for their wonderful work.

I’ve not received mail in five days. I have no car to physically get there in person. No one answers the phone. Please assist.

I have been having problems about not receiving my mail but getting other peoples mail, not even near my address but sometimes not my area code or county,(Pasco). My ex-husband who lives in Paradise Lakes has brought me my mail, (his name not even on it) and I get his mail, usually junk mail. Also the person delivering mail throws all the way in so has to get out of car to reach the mail. The only people receiving mail at this address (20904 Morgan Rd) are Leanne Beauclair, son, Robert Thaler and his father, Ronald Thaler. Thank you, Also if at any time you deliver a PACKAGE in my porch, PLEASE ring door bell, I am handicapped and do not check mail or porch for any deliveries. about every 2-3 days my son checks it

Up until a few months ago our mail was always here by 1pm then is started slopping to 2 hen 3 and now somedays not at all. Like today. I know that I have mail coming because I was advised by Informed Delivery but yet it is now 17:53 and nothing and I'm sure at this point nothing will come until tomorrow I have meds coming in today. This is not acceptable. You continue to raise he rates but the service keeps going down.

I am a volunteer at the Land O' Lakes Animal Shelter and work in the office issuing licenses and tags. Up until the last month or so, our mail would come about 1:00 PM. Now it doesn't get delivered until around 4:00 PM. I feel this is way too late for a business trying to serve the county as efficiently as possible.

Getting in touch with someone in this branch is difficult, however, once I got through the individual answering the call was helpful, not chatty, which is what I would expect. Once I told her my problem, non delivery of my package, she referred me to her manager who was very helpful. The carrier made a mistake and she delivered my item to someone else's home. Overall, my experience with them has been good however.

I have called this post office a few times regarding an appointment and the gentlemen that works here is very rude. Lack of good customer service skills.. I will be never even give this post office the time of day and would not recommend to any family or friends.

Worst post office ever I had a P.O box there for 20 years ,my mom and aunt were also on it with me ,every year we had to go in with 3 forms of id to prove I was the primary box holder I remarried in 1997 and from 1997 to 2014 I went in to change my last name with every thing required and they would not change my last name the lady manager was always very rude after all those years of rudeness I closed my P.O.Box I kept it all those years because a lot of my mail at home was being delivered to the wrong address 4 blocks away I will not ever recommend this post office there the rudest people I ever ever met

The people at this location have serious attitude problems. I thought it was just the employee taking care of the lady next to me but it was not. My lady also was rude barely said a word. Just stuck her hand out to take my slip. If these people are that miserable then PLEASE ! Find another job. Terrible customer service.

i just got of the phone with a girl that was as rude as they come. I was on a three way call with the consumer service department and she was rude as soon as she was on the phone. Blamed me for filling out change of address wrong and telling me they had to fix it. I asked if they fixed it how could the mail still be messed up. She said it was put in the computer before they fixed the change of address. Also told me that I put the date of the address change, I know for fact that did not happen because I asked the Manager more than once about leaving the dates off and e said if we put dates in it will screw up the mail.. well it was screwed up anyway and this is not the first time they screwed up, Arizona called last time and told me it was filled out wrong and changed it. So I have been to Florida three different times and went over the paper work with four different people and two Post Offices in Florida and one in Arizona and they all said to fill out the information differently.. Good luck with the lady in Land O Lakes office, RUDE, very RUDE.
