twice this post office has stolen mail. i have a lock box where they put stuff i lost girlscout cookies being delivered they claim they delivered at some strange address? they the second time it came from longwood po and delived by them? never got lost obaja almost 300 dollars! they say they handed to someone not possible work from home have mail lock box i think employees are stealing

Second time ive dropped packages off and they just mysteriously disappear. Customer calls me a week later to complain we never sent out their orders, only to find that the post office never even scanned them in. Called to address this with them, Im currently on my 5th attempt to call the office, as every time it just rings for a few minutes before disconnecting. Terrible services, and when i call the automated line, it just tells me the same thing the tracking number wouldve told me. Ridiculous, and now we're out the postage, the products and any kind of profits we wouldve made from our order, AND we may lose a customer. THANKS Guys. THANKS.

The U.S. Postal Service in Lake Mary, FL can't deliver the mail correctly. My mail has arrived marked as "Delivered to the Wrong Address." And I often get mail for other people at other addresses, one or two at a time. But, on February 14, 2022, I got six "Good Housekeeping", one "Harvard Business Review", one "House Beautiful", and one "On Your Mind" for a total of nine magazines for different people at different addresses stuffed in my mailbox. I wonder where my mail was delivered and if I will ever get it. And, the Postal Service also can't find the phone because no one ever answers. A One Star rating is too much. My rating is Minus Five Stars.

I came by today regarding a priority mail that was out for delivery on Feb 27,unfortunately I have not received this Important mail.I left my phone number with Mr James Kennedy. I would appreciate if someone will contact me regarding my mail. Thanks

I live at 966 cherry branch court lake Mary FL 32746. Last Thursday your mail delivery person remove a Fedex packet from our mail box and we are not able to locate. We have it on camera and she also admitted take the packet out of our mail box. This was last Thursday . Can some please give me a call at 407 474 4375

Please have the post master general contact me, the package put in mail box, box is too big to take it out, when there are 2 large mail boxes for packages bigger than the mailbox, why wouldn't they be used? Lake Mary Post Office 32746....In April I posted with you a change of address from 150 Middle Street, Lake Mary #327 to 106 Mayfair Court, Sanford 32771.....YOU ARE STILL DELIVERING MY MAIL TO THE MIDDLE STREET ADDRESS. Only a few pieces have been forwarded to my new address. This is becoming very annoying
