numerous times my box is full with delicate items and we cant even get in it with our key. One time we had our mail held at post office for not collecting but it was because our small mail box maybe 4x8 was stuffed with mail plus a baseball cap that was damaged. happens numerous times and just found out neighbors as well are having some issues. Today my box is so full I cant open because latch for key wont even open and so packed you can feel the pressure when u put key into try to turn, something need to be done either bigger box, door delivery for larger packages or a personal mail box in front of house so she can ride up to it and not have to walk to door which I believe is the issue. Thank you to all the other post staff that work hard and care.

Received a text saying my package was delivered. Walked out the mailbox 5 minutes later nothing there. Have been calling the local USPS phone number for days. No answer. USPS. A relic of the past and should be replaced with private delivery.

Worst post office ever. You can call 30 times and no one will answer the phone. I asked for a new mailbox key and it has been TWO weeks since and they have not changed my lock. This is unacceptable from any company let alone USPS

We have about a 17 foot long porch covered with lattice. There is an opening about 4 feet which is the entrance. When we have packages delivered, the driver sets it at the front of the opening. Easily seen by anyone passing by. There are a lot of "porch pirates" around, just looking to steal packages off people's porches. Would you please have a meeting with your drivers and instruct them to put packages out of sight when possible. Thank You!

The worst post office if you have online business , expect items to be returned back to you by the post office even if you have the right weight, I believe the staff they don't have much to work that's why they try to show that they are doing stupid things .
