Our postwoman/man is awful. They are not friendly. I submitted a HOLD mail request, and they didn't deliver until a day later than my date I wanted it delivered.
Also, when they delivered all my mail, they gave me another one of our neighbors hold mail along with their hold mail request paperwork. Seriously, they need to pay attention and the mail person needs an attitude adjustment. If you don't like your job maybe you should find a different job.
delivery person left a priori5ty package in front of my entrance door,causing me to fall and hurt myself, i tried to call PO on montgomery rd but nobody answers that phone, i have had this problem in the past and was told it would be fixed , well it has not ,you delivery people should NOT leave packages in the middle of doorways, i need to speak to a person in charge about this issue , HOW do proceed, PHONES ARE NOT ANSWERED WHAT DO i DO??????

The postal carrier who was delivering mail on Spring Garden St, at around noon did not stop at our address (1026 Spring Garden St) and pick up the outgoing mail in our box today 15 May 2020.
