Vivo en 202 bennett st winter spring fl 32708 el 6/12/2023 dijeron haber dejado un paquete que estaba yo esperando y nunca fue asi. No se a donde fue a parar mi paquete y quien notifica que fue entregado cuando no fue asi. el proveedor del producto que compre dice que fue entregado en mi buzon de la residencia. que puedo hacer al respecto?El dia 12 de junio recibo la notificacion de que El paquete se dejó dentro del buzón de la residencia. Nunca fue asi. Me contacte con el proveedor del producto y el recibio la misma notificacion que yo. Asi que queria reporta que no se como funciona este preceso pero en mi buzon nunca dejaron el paquete que estaba yo esperando. I need to renew my vacation hold. It expires tomorrow. I need to extend it another 30 days. No one answers the phone and I can't log on or create a new account. One of the sites shows it is down. HELP. Do not deliver our mail for another 30 days. We will not be there. The address is 674 Tuscora Dr.

I have been waiting on a package that shows the Winter Springs P.O. has been in possession of my item for a week. I have called and called the post office and NO ONE ANSWERS - EVER. When I post an inquiry online, I get the response "Our site is not working at this time" SHOCKING!! so over the postal BS

Standing in line for 20 minutes. Three people still ahead of me and four people behind me. One clerk for regular business and one for passports. Totally ridiculous.

Winter Springs is the best.We had just finisshed lunch, when the front doorbell rang.It was the post office with three packages. 2 jackets and a shirt for me. I couldn-t be happier.

The mail carrier for Wildwood in Winter springs has the habit of putting boxes in the box that I am not able to get out of the tiny narrow door in the cluster mail boxes. Just because it fits through the back doesn’t mean it will come out of the front. I spent an hr cutting the item out of the box.

what is wrong with mail carrier that delivers to 434 area apartments. You delivered makeup products to a mail box and neglected to leave a key to get into the box number. If items are spoiled due to the heat of sitting in the mailbox I will file for reimbursement for all products delivered. I went to get it-you forgot the key -AGAIN Your service has been so bad for several months and getting worse

I live at 70 Sheoah Blvd #41. For the last 2 weeks one package and several envelopes addressed to other residents in my area have been delivered in my mailbox. I delivered the mail for these people myself. More importantly, I am also missing a package with medicine that the sender tells me was delivered on 12/11! I have not received the package and I am running out of medicine. I have a tracking number that the pharmacy gave me. Help, please.Thanks. you!

No One Answers the Phone !! I need a mail trace on a piece of mail that was pickedup at my home mailbox in Winter Springs on 4/24 or 4/25/20 containing (2) checks sent to Falcon Lawn & Pest, 4062 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, Fl 32822 which never arrived. The same day mailing included a payment to Winter Springs Utility which did arrive, checking my bank where it was cancelled on 4/27. There is nothing on your website indicating a form to complete for mail tracing (?) or who to contact for mail tracing for sent mail, only for mail not received.

The mailbox doors at Madison Riverwalk mailboxes are broken and I can barely close my door to my mailbox and I don't want my mail to be opened or read by anyone. I am surprised the postal workers haven't reported a problem with the doors not closing correctly and exposing peoples mail to everyone near there . Those mailboxes need to be secured and fix and or repaired and secured properly, This needs immediate attention!!!!!!

a package was delivered to our mail box. It was stuffed in so tight that we had to tear it out with pliers and for 2 days I have left messages on my box to have the postman won'tcome to our door. No one has bothered to come and the note is always removed. Seems as if they know why so they won't come. I have called twice. That's a real joke. I waited an hour to get a response. The worse service.

I live on s. cortez ave. in winter springs fl.for the last 2 days I have received my neighbors mail this has happened numerous times the dates I received my neighbors mail were 7/20 and 7/22 this is not junk mail I am getting, yesterdays mail was from the government it was very important that my neighbor received that mail, I did take over to her house today but I am not sure everyone would do that and if that were the case she would have major problems all I am asking is for the carrier to pay attention to the address on the envelope thank you

I have been a resident of Winter Springs for 20 years and always get the best service at this PO. I’ve gone online with my receipts and mentioned the clerks, I just want you to know they are doing a great job and always manage to keep a smile and pleasant attitude while dealing with the public which can be very difficult at times. Kudos to Winter Springs!!

The phone services is non existance .. Never answer the phone. Waste 2 days just trying to located a package. Their customer service rep are the worst!!! AVOID THIS PLACES !

This is the worst post office I ever visit.

I get mail for someone that does not even live on my street I do not get mail sent to me by family maybe we are getting each other's mail duh

I'm not satisfied with the recent delivery I'm receiving. I had 3 boxes and one of the boxes had glass ornaments from Disney. I had just moved to Australia from America and got these ornaments shipped along with my other things since there was no room to take them with me. When they got to the connecting facility, the ornaments were smashed. We can provide any photos if necessary upon delivery.

This place is the worst! Would not deliver to one of our properties anymore so we paid the $1200 to purchase the box needed at the property after trying to get ahold of them to rectify this for over a month. Now we have had the box installed and I have been waiting almost a week for a return call from the post office about installing the lock they are required to install. Call the post office today and the line finally was not busy. Got ahold of a lady and said 'I THINK I need to speak with a man named Bob' then was explaining to her my issue and she interrupted me and told me to hold. When she came back on the line to tell me that Bob was busy I asked for the name of the main manager there since I have had such HORRIBLE customer service. She gives me Amy's name then asks if she can help me with my problem. So I tell her what horrible customer service I have been receiving and how I have been waiting on a call back from Bob about the key since last Friday. She then proceeds to treat me like I am stupid since I need to talk to Rob and not Bob. But if she would have not interrupted me before she put me on hold she would have known I needed Rob and not Bob. WHAT A JOKE!

Passport Agent is a complete Ass Hole.... Person at counter was going to answer a passport question for us and he started getting all upset and was making a scene on how she needed to help other customers because the line was gonna get backed up. That they will only handle 1 passport customer at a time. Will not be returning to this post office for anything.

Phone service is atrocious. I called 6 times and nobody picks up.
