The post office does not answer the phone even though it is during operating hours. And then they want me to pay to speak with a postal representative. How about just answer the phone!

Why do you have a phone number if you don’t answer the phone? Why is there a 5$ fee to use the ask an expert online service?

Trying to figure out why on June 22, 2021 at 3:21 pm the postal carrier drove past my home/mailbox that had the flag up and continued driving down the street without picking up the mail that was in my mail box. I understand that maybe I did not have mail to be delivered but their was mail in the box to be picked up and the flag was up. I know the exact time as I have security cameras on my home and the event is on video. I made an attempt to call but as others have posted - no answer.

My Package left Louisville, Kentucky Main Postal Office on December 7th 2020 for Oviedo, Florida 32765! It’s now January 6th 2021! My Package 📦 is still stuck somewhere in this hole of a transit system! I do have important items in this 21 lbs package brown box 25 x 25 about 8 inches in height! It contains my Christmas Stuff. The case request # & search# has already been done with several call-Ins, too! All I heard is them...Telling me to be patient & they will search & try to locate my package! My Case is not closed it is still open! I would like to have all my precious items delivered to its destination: Oviedo Florida 32765 I pray that someone will find my package I hope someone can help me! USPS!

I'm so upset about mail delivery. I mailed a Christmas card to my daughter on dec.7th with a check for her and my grandchildren Christmas. As of today Dec.23rd she has still not received it. It was mailed to Frisco. TX. NO CHRISTMAS for my children! So upset.

I am concerned about the accuracy of mail delivery in Aloma Woods. This is the third time I have gotten someone else’s mail and last month I had to pay a late fee on my cable because I never received a bill. This is truest disturbing. How much other mail did I not receive and how much private information is delivered to someone else

I took mail to the actual Post Office and placed it in the correct mailing receptacle. 3 weeks later, my mail is not delivered to all of the addresses.

Very poor postal driver in Alafaya Woods. Does not pick up outgoing mail which has the RED flag up on the box. If she dosen't have mail to drop off she keeps on driving. I know for a fact she passed my house by because my neighbors had delivery. Now I have to hope she picks up now on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday .So many times I get mail for a house on the next street. I wonder where my mail ends up at?

You are the WORST post office in the world. We lived in different continents , different countries and NEVER in my live did my mail was put in my neighbor mIl box or their mail in mind. You are useless, worthless. For many years I have called you to let you know about this problem and you have acknowledge it. Nothing is being done to stop it. I cannot stand you.

Our mail is constantly being delivered to other people’s mailboxes. We are also getting other people’s mail as well. These are important pieces of mail. ( bank statements, credit card statements, social security correspondences) I have contacted the postal office before and this has not been resolved. My next stop will be contacting the Post office general manager and then the media. If you have people that do not want to do the job... vet and hire people that do.

We have been having horrible problems in our neighborhood with mail and packages not delivered and not returned to the post office. They can not find our mail and packages. I have two packages and numerous pieces of mail missing. One package was certified. The carrier was fired. Did she steal our mail and packages? It was out for delivery and never scanned as delivered. So what happened to it? I've called and get acknowledgement that there's been a problem, and the carrier was fired, but no answer or help in where my missing mail is.

I have never left a review before, but after my wonderful experience, I had to post this. It was approximately 9pm on Christmas Eve, when my doorbell rang. I was having a party, so I thought it was just some of my guests arriving late. To my pleasant surprise, it was Travis, the supervisor at the Oviedo post office delivering a small package that could have very easily been overlooked. It was my father -in- law's, trifocal glasses!! With a big smile he stated," Merry Christmas. The package looked like it was something needed sooner rather than later, and I wanted to make sure you got it before the Holiday." He looked so tired- bless that man. I assured him they were very much needed by my father- in- law who was anxiously waiting for them to arrive earlier that day, and thanked him for his kind act of service. It is a wonderful reminder that there is still someone who takes his job to heart and goes above and beyond for the community he serves. They have to deal with angry customers who think they are too slow, roll their eyes while waiting on line at the post office or worse. We take for granted that they have to work in the sweltering heat or deal with massive downpours of rain driving an open car or often times walking, with greetings from pets that are not so happy to see them, just to get our mail to and from where it needs to go. He most definitely made our Christmas merrier not just because he fulfilled a need, but for his kind act that restores my faith in humanity, and makes me realize how much we take them for granted. That is not something I have ever experienced from FEDEX or UPS and I am thankful for our dedicated postal service workers.

Whenever I travel I always put a hold on my Mail, and it never fails they simply do not comply with my request I have to constantly call and rectified this. So it stops for a few days and then they start to delivery again .This has and continue to reoccurred without fail, They are always very apologetic, just for once I liked if they did their job correctly Note They contstantly are changing carriers maybe if they had one carrier assigned to the route maybe he would learn the route and do it right

Was on this site just to check on hours and noticed this comment section. Just want to say the crew at the Oviedo PO is really amazing. Unfailingly courteous, helpful and professional. I have never had a less-than-wonderful experience there and they make every transaction a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!!

if you get something to the post office before closing time on Saturday, will it get a Saturday post mark.

Went today to the Oviedo, Florida post office. What a fantastic experience. The postal agent on the floor asked me what I wanted to do and walked me through it step by step. I had come with a priority mail flat rate box half taped and needed it to go today to make it to Its destination on Saturday. Voila! He took me to the kiosk typed in the pertinent information for me. Asked if I needed stamps or anything else. He was great, the busiest time of the year. USPS has exceptional service, great easy to use products, and best of all superlative employees. Thank you all and Merry Christmas!

Teach your incompetent carries to close the mailbox!

I am pending receipt of a piece of mail sent from the UK 3 weeks ago to our address here in Oviedo and it has not arrived. Can you help me track it? I have a copy of the receipt when the client paid for postage to mail their very important documents to our office on 5/14/13 at 12:34, ISF Air Letter Barcode: RJ245110029GB
