San Remo Location freaking out because someone stole the priority mail tape!!! First, keep me waiting. Second , denied having extra tape for me to pack a package when another employee pulled a roll out. Third, asked me to pack my package in front where other people are lining up. They don't have to tell me where to pack my package, it's my choice!!! All they need is their tape back!!!

I had a package coming via UPS.. It was not delivered to this rental home but to your Post Office. Because we do not receive mail here the package was sent back to the sender Target. Is there a way I can get a package delivered to me without going through the Post Office.

Notified by email on September 18th that I would receive a package on September 19. On September 19th your website says the package will be delivered by 8pm. At 8:05pm your website says delivery date unknown. On September 20th your website says it will be delivered. I've tried to call your phone number (407) 343-7874 as given to me by USPS Live Agent Chat, but your number rings and then sounds like a fax machine. The only way to talk to you people is to go there in person. Now why was my package not delivered on September 19th???

No mail picked up for 2 days so far! Mail was in box on 12/10 and 12/11.

I came to this post office few days ago and WoW! The staff was very nice! Michael was helping all customers and helped me boxing my package then Christian was very friendly also. Very nice staff and efficient service! Loved visiting this post office! Great job!! Thank you!

Mailed some small Lockets for Origami Owl in plastic vials to ensure no loss, you all lost them anyways!! Two so far have come up missing... SUPER ANGRY!
