I called today because my package seems to be lost, I spoke to the manager Lali that in an aggressive manner refused to provide her last name, She dis not provide me with any information and got very frustrated that i called . She stated she could not help and my case has been going on for almost a week, I asked to speak with another manager and she refused , I asked the store location and she said t very fast so i would not understand it . when i asked for her to repeated it again she got very annoyed . Overall i will be placing a complaint for such horrible costumer service. As a company we always try to provide the client in the best manner and I as treated indescribable unprofessional and the worst thing its was a MANAGER. How does she represent her store and even what type of roll model she provides to the employees . Lali You need anger management and also tons of professionalism because you have an extreme lack of it.
This is not a review. We are expecting a package from Amazon and when I track it the tracking says put in parcel box. We were left a key to open the parcel box. This package is extremely important.
Hello, I have been a client at this office since 1991. Only had one incident . However, I completed a change of address, I purchased a post box online, and ally mail has been lost since 7/1/2018.
First, we all know the procedure when moving. I then go the box and why my mail was directed back to all sender's is on the post office. And I don't have any control over it.
Second, I constantly went to this office and spot with a young lady at the window.ðŸ¤ðŸ˜–She was rude, impacted,and careless. It didn't stop me . I was able to open my box and stare into a empty boxðŸ˜–ðŸ¤”.
Last, today I went back to face the ðŸ˜–ðŸ™„ðŸ™angry clerk at the first window that cleary states

And she was there, I asked her again to please check.ony mail status. I broke into tears. She got up after looking ate like she tired of me
She asked my box number and she said that is not your box. I said ,I paid for it 7/23/2018. I have access and went to my box. She verified it.
Then come back and said.
" You know we have clerk's back there and that didn't do their job by replacing the previous renter and sent all my mail back.
How can this happen? Why did this happen because the make u verfy documents and bring in stuff in order to purchase one. And ask do u want all mail to the box. Yes I do and look.

What is going on with the postal service. I am by Toho lake off Neptune on Rosalie Court and I have not had mail in two days. I know this because my outgoing mail is still in the mailbox with flag up.
This is unacceptable.
My postal driver is a total liar, He keeps saying that there is no safe place to drop a package yet that same day he handed me one. I suppose he can't carry a 10 lb box to my door. This is not the !st time this has happened. Or maybe he is afraid of a 55 yr old white lady. I have a carport, no dogs and a big patio. He is a lazy liar. Tell the truth man, you frigging forgot or were just to lazy!
We are not receiving our mail on those days when our "regular" carrier is off. This is an INTOLERABLE situation. We handle real estate closings and mail MUST be picked up from us on time for delivery elsewhere. We also need to receive our mail timely as we receive deposits and payoffs for closings as well by mail. We have complained to our carrier who has tried to accommodate us but when he is off, we do not get anything and nothing is picked up. Yesterday, I left my office early and discovered the mail carrier was in the parking lot at Stewart Title, reading something and eating something as when she finished, she slapped her hands together to brush away the crumbs. She was still there when I left several minutes later. She never arrived at our office. On Friday, Mr. Brinson saw the mail truck turn at the end of Verona and go back West without having come into our building parking lot for delivery of mail. This failure to deliver is not always by the same carrier so you have a mission to accomplish and that is to advise your people of the correct way to be a "carrier" and what the name implies!!!
I am having problems with our postal service here at eagle lake. The new postman is very irresponsible. Losing mail and placing other people's mail in mailbox. Have had to take tonpeoole their mail. What has happened to the postman you used to be able to trust their service and I support them by using the mail service. But lately I'm concerned if we should go online everything. Who do I call to express my concerns?
I have called this location on several occasions and they NEVER answer the phone.Today I let it ring over 30 times still no answer . Yes it was during normal business hours. Why do they have a web site listing the phone number if no one is ever going to answer it !!!! VERY ANNOYING .i had been waiting for a package to come and got notice from my seller that the postal service had delivered it today. Went to the box and the key that was left would not open the box. My package is there but I can't get it. Just as annoying as the phone...
they really suck. I can get mail no problem, but when its a package it always gets forwarded back to the post office and I have to pick it up. They always say it because the zipcode was wrong. But that's never the case, its the correct zip the same as all my other mail. I think its just laziness or the trucks won't carry anything but envelopes and junk mail. and good luck getting someone on the phone to talk to
never answer their phone...changed the lock on my mailbox that I've been using for 6 months(for my business no less), and they tell me in person that there is nothing they can do!!!!!!!!!!! I have no access to my business mail, with no resolution in site.....unbelievably horrible customer service, and terribly unorganized
