Over the last two years, five pieces of mail containing checks and gift certificates never arrived at a Jupiter residence. Presumably stolen. Mail was sent from Maryland and also from California at various sites. Other mail and cards never arrived or was weeks late. Some mail was returned a month later even though the address was correct. Think the carriers are keeping the mail to scan for checks, gift certifs.
The USPS website for Jupiter has a non-working e-mail address for the postmaster. It also has a non-working site for reporting theft.
Who can I contact about this?
I went online to put a “mail hold” on my mail delivered to my home at 6128 Eagles Nest Drive, Jupiter. The hold begins April 10 resuming April 17th. My confirmation # is USH 395101514.
Would you be so kind to assure me that the hold is in place.

So today you delivered 5 pieces of mail to my home. However, one piece states Delivery attempt made item being held at the post office which is not correct. I see similar problems presented below. Someone should do something. Makes you look bad due to a few bad employees.
Parwan is a terrible postal worker. She's rude and short with everyone. She should not be dealing with the public with has a horrible attitude. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I won't go to her even if I have to wait longer for another person.
Another round of undelivered mail, with carrier stating it was held at request of addressee, when that is not the case. This location has a clear track record of logging mail as 'undeliverable' or 'redirected at request' when it is getting towards the end of the day and they want to go home I guess. This is just their way of managing their delivery metrics, and unfortunately the supervision there seems to be oblivious. And, I agree with the posts below, the front desk employees, particularly the indian, is about as rude as possible and does not get that we are the customer, and she is the provider! Entitled government employee....
This is the worst post office I've been, the ladies that take care of it are straight out rude...they treat costumers like they should not be there!
I avoid that office and dread when to have to go there, never a good experience!
Worst postal service ever. I was supposed to have a package from amazon with guarantee delivery for today, but the postal worker didn’t deliver it because it was raining. Really!!!! This is not the first time
Jupiter is the WORST post office I’ve ever dealt with!!! Consistently delivering mail to the wrong address! Called 20 times & cant speak to anyone, rings & rings & then hands up !!! Tracking says delivered, but never received!! Over & over. It’s pathetic. I seriously wish there was a way to bypass them. They really really SUCK at what they do
I've been trying for the last hour calling the Jupiter Post Office & it picks up tell me the address & I'm being transferred to the operator it rings 4 or 5 times & hangs up. My issue is I live at 6365 Mullin Street Jupiter Florida 33458-6677, it's 5:18pm & our Street has not RECEIVED our mail as of yet today March 5th, 2019. I drove down to Leslie Street & the other 3 Streets to Mullin & no one has seen the carrier. I found another carrier & he said he doesn't handle that part of Mullin Street. This is absurd not to get your mail, when its usually here by 11am everyday. Please look into this matter. Thanks in advance.
I just called the Jupiter Post Office (FL). Even though the website says that it's open on Saturdays, the recording says that it's closed.
I am concerned that I have NOT received any forwarded mail to Jupiter from my home in Arlington, Mass for 14 days. I have been calling the the Arlington, Mass Post Office and asking them if they are forwarding my mail from 30 Mott St Arlington to 273 Moccasin Trail West, Jupiter, FL 33458 and they indicate that they have no mail there and they are doing everything correctly. I did call at 3;20 pm on may 23rd,I called 561-744-2799 to find out why my mail was not being forwarded.A computer answered and said I would be transferred to an operator.Then the phone rang about 10 times and went to a busy signal.I tried again and the same thing happened.Never got to a human, still do not know why my mail is not being forwarded.
Yesterday my daughter in law who is Hispanic stood in line with 22 packages that were prepaid with tracking numbers. The main manager of the Jupiter, Fl Post office scolded my daughter in law and told her that she could not stand in line and have packages scanned again. That she must have a "manifest sheet" to bulk ship packages. The packages were from 5 separated Ebay sites and Ebay no longer offers manifest sheet to sellers.
We pay for the tracking numbers and the only way we can assure that our packages are not stolen out of the Post Office is to stand in line and have them scanned.
The Jupiter Post Office asks you to put the packages in the Kiosk bin
but Jupiter Post Office does not put an acceptance scan on the packages for sometimes 2 or 3 days. The packages just sit in the Post Office and do nothing.
Please do something about the rude behavior that occurred to my daughter in law at this Post office by the Post Office Manager. She was intimidated and near tears when she left. This is unacceptable behavior by any Post Office clerk and especially to an Hispanic. I want to tile a formal complaint, but I do not want retaliation against me or my packages by the POST OFFICE!
I would like to make a response - 1. What does "hispanic" have to do with anything - does your daughter-in-law get SPECIAL SERVICE because she is disabled by reason of being hispanic? No, live within the rules of our country and the postal service. 2. Just because YOU fear your packages are going to be stolen, it doesn't mean (again), that a person gets special service - you must live under the same rules and regulations - put the items in the bin and live your life like the rest of us - you, and your D-in-law have no additional rights nor are you deserved of more respect because you are hispanic. PS go to hell!

It is the year 2016 and I have never seen such slow, sloppy and unprofessional handling of first class mail and packages. It doesn't seem matter to submit a change of address form, your mailbox with be empty for weeks and no one will have an explanation ( or care to find out). Packages will continue to be forwarded to "old addresses",obviously employees aren't vigilant. I even had several items that I ordered from christian organizations never make it to my door step. The packages simply "disappeared". The Jupiter USPS needs to be investigated from the inside!
By far the worst. Never seen so much incompetence at one establishment. Ordered a package called multiples times to get either a busy signal or just unlimited ringing. Finally got help and they delivered my package to the wrong address and my address was correctly given to the post office. Never dealing with this post office again.
These post office that have telephone numbers but they never awnser. Why have a phone if you are not going to awnser it. The Post Office in Tequesta Flordia phone has rang 40 times and still ringing as I am typing. That is not a business if you are going to treat customers this way
The worst, wrong mail in wrong boxes, don't pick up mail anymore with flags up on box. Received check 6 weeks after it was mailed, I would be fired if I worked like your employees do. The government should put the post office on furlong as you guys don't work anyway. This has been going on for too many years. No wonder the post office is broke, their over paid, and have great medical, pension benefits and they don't deserve anything more than minimum wages with no benefits. Just like all government employees.
paid for 2 day service in the amount of 35.00 for a package to sit in the your truck from 8:46 in the morning the business that was susposed to get it was open till five I wonder way your going out of business with the employees don't care put mail in the wrong boxes and don't pick up mail in the box with the red flag up and now I hope they get that package Tuesday im coming down to get a refund and will get it ........this is wrong you should be ashamed how you run a business.....
I have been using this facility for 30 years and the service has continued to decline with 2012-2013 being the absolute worse I have ever experienced. The counter clerk, Marilyn is a total B***h and cares nothing about the customer. And we wonder why the USPS is going bankrupt? With personnel like her, I would have been out of business a long time ago.
