I used to live at 4201/2 Kanuga Dr. Wonder if there is any mail for me not picked up and at Sunset Blvd Royal Ponciana Apts. I have moved to Queens, New York.

I am very appalled of the mail lady today that asked for a package usually they help me out usually they’re very helpful but she had an attitude she gave me a nasty attitude told me she couldn’t help me she told me to go leave and leave her alone and if she pops up to again here we’re going to have a problem so she needs to get in trouble and she stealing other people’s packages and giving it to her friend out here
All I want to do is to:
1. Stop delivery of our mail from our address here at 27 Wake Robin Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 on 11-22-2018 and then.
2. Start delivery of all our mail to our address at 38 Masters Way,
Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 on 11-27-2018.
I have not had a pleasant experience to find just how I can stop and start delivery of mail while in Florida
Absolutely awful. After waiting on line forever I was told a few customers were told they could leave there package on counter , as of now it still has not been scanned. Now I'm worried the package is missing and tried calling to check. The phone rings endlessly, gave up after 25 minutes of ringing. Now I'm trying the 800 number and have been on hold for over 15min. No wonder no one wants to use USPS.
