I am baffled at how utterly piss-poor this post office is run.
Mail & packages are delivered it says, they aren’t.
I’ve been here 5 different times to look for a missing package and the smarmy manager keeps saying “it was delivered on such and such day” yet, the following day it was back here because another employee tracked it and said “oh it’s on the truck for today” but it’s wasn’t, and now they cannot find it while smarmy guy keeps saying “it shows delivered”
PAybthe extra $$ and go UPS or FedEx because this place is staffed by incompetents who don’t give A F—K if you get your stuff or not. Meanwhile I’ve waited 2 hours today for NOTHING.
I have tried for going on two hours to speak to someone on the phone at your office.
Our mailbox key is stuck in the mailbox and my development has said that you are the only ones that can fix this. I have now e-mailed you in order that I have this on record. I was given your number by the main office.
Mail carrier left boxes open and did not close and lock. It’s going to rain so mail will probably get wet. Calling the PBG post office is a joke I tried all afternoon.
The absolute worst service I have and many of my neighbors have complained for years snd it just gets worse.
I opened a PO ox with a chance of address. I went to check my PO ox 18 days later and it was still blocked. I ordered something to be delivered and it got lost. I've been there 6 times to find out what happened and 2 different managers promise to call me back and never did. I went back and the same employee that open my PO box said he would let the manager know to call; and never did. I can't believe that a government entity as the post office can be so negligent and abusive.i lost a package that cost me over 200$; and didn't get any support from the staff.
She did not answer my phone calls after I told her that my package was expedited and that I had not received it... And she hung up the phone and did not wait for my tracking number and continued this several times... She should be and this company should be shut down.
Mail person has driven past my house for 2 days (drove right past and didn't pay attention that the flag was up) and has not pick up the mail. Unable to reach anyone at Post office. Tried several times. Why do they even bother providing a phone number if they are not going to answer.

Was there 3/18 for a "renewal " even though my 17 year old has had 2 passports prior. Paid $182.56 (expediting) and $35 fee for Passport and passport card. Passport card never received as employee Ward did not provide correct fees. Now Passport office will not issue passport card without us returning his passport. Oh and it would be for 12 weeks.
Am beyond frustrated , A 17 year old black kid needs an ID under best of circumstances. Bonus getting anyone on the phone at NPIC took two weeks . Palm Beach Garden post office never picks up. This is not the place to go for passport stuff.
I join the list of those complaining of the PBG USPS poor service ... have tried to call over the course of numerous days, numerous times a day, no one ever answers. You would think between 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, someone at some point could pick up the phone! We are seasonal residents and can’t seem to get our mail forwarded back North.
The Post Office here is a disgrace. I just got two bills with late fees that I never got in the first place. Aside from bills I do not get regular mail like cards etc. I don't know if anything can be done but this is awful. Please contact me at my email, and try to improve the service,
I would probably say horrible service, but since I cannot speak to anyone, I got no service. I never received my package even though their system says I received it. Sooooo, I filled out form online, only to received an email stating I received it. Then I received a survey. Went back to the website only to advise me to call my local branch. 🤪. So I’ve been calling the branch for 2 days, not that I work or anything, and no answer. The phone rang for the length of time I made dinner, not microwave. I have lost a lot of faith in the USPS. I am grateful there is FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.
I am not sure if zip+4is still in the works or not (likely not).
However I am having a bit of difficulty being a new resident to the area trying to determine the actual address (city) for my new residence as if 5/15/21. I hope you can help me.

No one answers the phone , and even when I drove down and met with someone who was going to get with me in 48 hrs , a week later had to drive back down to post office because no one answers the phone . I recently mailed out 4 Valentine cards to my kids 3 of them got them but one didn't and still hasn't. That's a 25% failure on your part . Were is my mail ??? You can't be trusted .
11 days ago one of your trucks hit my wife’s car. I was assured that your people would reach out to us within two days I have stopped by the post office and was reassured that they would call that day 11 days later I have not heard anything. I’ve had to Rent-A-Car and I think you’re being very unfair. The police report states the post office driver was 100% at fault. I wish someone would get in touch with me
My zip is. 33410. Live in palm beach gardens. I sent out a check in November and another in January . Picked up by mail carrier. Both lost in mail and I had to stop payment on the checks.. bank penalty for that is $30 per check
I have called several times...the phone rang for over TWENTY MINUTES EACH TIME...NO ANSWER. Your automated system sucks and so does you chat line. I am trying to find a package that was delivered to your post office on 8.28.2019. It is now 9.9.2019 and still not delivered.
An extremely inept branch of the U.S. Postal Service. Too few clerks, no signage to indicate line to get questions answered( stood in line for over half hour& then told in wrong line), help was rude( probably overworked). They could not offer any personal help except to say to go online. Office is much too small to handle all the traffic. A VERY bad overall experience at this site.
Why are the managers at this Fairchild Gardens location not paying attention to their rogue employee, Louise, a mail carrier who has gone "postal" on her routes in PGA National. She now has driven right into and knocked over our HOA president's mailbox. This woman is dangerous, and uses her truck as a weapon to go after residents. She shrieks at people out of her open window, talks to herself, laughs & then yells hysterically -- many of us have this captured on video now because we are so scared of this deranged mail carrier. Damaging our property and our mail is one thing, but please, do something about her before she hurts someone.
Our mail service has become a nightmare in PGA National. The female carrier who used to be kind is now a lunatic, some of us believe she may be losing it. Very highstrung. Drives thru our residential streets like a banshee, leaves packages in wrong mailboxes, fails to deliver, drives up on our lawns and over our flower beds, almost hit a small child the other day. We have all tried to nicely ask her to settle down, find out what is wrong with her, but she drives off screaming - -she is literally terrorizing all of us. What is going on in PBG? There is no management at this Fairchilds office to even let them know what is going on.
I’ve made 9 calls so far to the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Post office (561-799-4068) and no one answers the phone!! I am trying to locate an important piece of mail that was sent from Oakmont,Pa post office on June 22, and sent to an address in Pslm Beach Gardens and has not been delivered. Why won’t they answer their phones?

That’s odd Elizabeth, we mailed something important to York PA from southern New Jersey and it ended up in the same place. The address on the receipt is correct. However, it ended up in Florida. Our local postal manager has advised us that they keep calling, but no one answers the phone.

The worst postal service I have ever experienced!
I live in PG A National and we never receive our mail until 6:30 pm or later. It is now 7:20pm and the mail still has not arrived because perhaps of the rain. Maybe you should send your postmen up North and let them experience what bad weather really feels like.
ANSWER the PHONE - I let the phone ring for 10 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 pm. Why doesn't anyone answer the phone. How do they think out of town owners get things done! Do they have an email or can you leave a message for a supervisor to return calls?
ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!!!! It rings 50-100 rings and NO ANSWER !!!!
This happens on a routine basis --- customer service be damned. Is there any supervision over the PBG post office ???? This is a recurrent situation that requires attention and accountability ASAP.
I came to the Palm Beach Gardens Post Office today at approximately 1 p.m. I was mailing a large envelope and noted on the above board that First-Class Mail Service 1 - 3 Business Day Delivery Large Envelopes 13 oz or less ........starting at $1.00 Below this stated: First-Class Package Service - Retail 1- 3 Business Day Delivery Packages 13 ounces or less............starting at $3.50 When I gave my envelope (manila size) with approximately 5 pages inside, I was told by Matt that the cost would be $8.45. I questioned this amount because of what the board indicated and brought this to Matt's attention. Matt said he is behind the counter and does not know what the sign states. I asked him to explain and he said the cost is $8.45 and the board must be wrong. Imagine that. He wondered if I ever go to the Lake Park Post Office and I said I did and I like it very much. He said good. I asked why he was talking to me in such a snotty manner. He said he wasn't. I paid with a credit card and handed him my card as I always do. He wouldn't take it unless I turned it over, which I did but it was upside down. He told me to turn it right side up. I placed it on the counter and left it at that. I have never had a problem with any postal worker before but I must say that Matt has an attitude and he should know what the board says. I took a picture of the board and would be happy to end it to you because I still don't understand the difference in cost. Thank you. I would appreciate a reply.

Although I filled out the form at the office for forwarding mail to another address, it continues to be delivered to a home that I no longer live in.
Mail service while I lived at that 33418 address was always problematic.
I would frequently receive mail addressed to another person at a different address in a different area and different ZIP Code.
Sometimes important documents legal and financial would never be delivered at all.
When I was there last, staff was more interested in talking about how to refresh pork in salt water before you cook it.
Seems USPS have cut back to deliver mail every other day in this neighborhood. Tracking my package it was out for delivery Friday morning. Was not delivered until Sat 6pm. Put letters in the mailbox Monday morning with the flag up. They are still in the mailbox today (Tuesday). And yeah no one at the post office answers the phone. Sad customer service...
I ordered and paid $25 for a mailbox key on August 11. Did not get my key until September 22 after going to the post office once a week asking about the key. The key does not open the box. Have called three times to get new key or new lock, or both. Each time I am told a "supervisor will drill out the lock and replace it." Still no supervisor. The is the worst Post Office I have ever done business with. The employees are dismissive; they all look like they hate their jobs and are really annoyed by customers.
People stand in line for 30 minutes only to be told that they are at the wrong window to pick up mail or a package--but there is no sign that says "Pick up mail and packages here," and the counter is not manned. In fact, even at 8:30 in the morning, the counter is covered with scraps of paper, stacked up crap--it looks like one big disorganized pile of junk.
I put in a six-month forwarding over a month ago at my PO Box but yet they continue to put mail in my box even though I'm not in town. There's no one to talk to and all request go on answered. The customer service at this location is extraordinarily poor compared to other branches of the post office. I genuinely think they just don't care.
Worst post office ever. Says my package was delivered but I did not get it and they basically told me to have them resend. It's a rare antique. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but all that came in was the one that had been marked delivered the day before. I tried to call for a 1/2 hour. And then went there, stood in a line for 1 hour and they wouldn't even check around.
That is my hometown Post office which I do use frequently without any inconvenience; the people behind the counter have always been polite to me, so I don't know what these nit-picker are talking about.
This post office is a nightmare! One postal worker was polite. The rest have bad attitudes and are polite to people it is obvious they know. The “supervisor” is a nightmare. She has a nasty attitude and disappears to the back to retrieve packages and doesn’t return for 10 or more minutes. Horrible service. And this is not nit-picking.

my name is Jacob pearson all I have to say, is I never really used this branch for service, I did notice that the lines were always big, and moving slow, but what I can say is that I was assigned to work at this branch and I happen to be a practicing Jew that keeps the Sabbath on Saturday, and my manager MR John P- - - -,who was a real prick excuse me for saying that would not let me have off on Sabbath, and it goes with out saying that he had called me on Friday late afternoon after 5 telling me that I most come in on Saturday when I was not even assigned to work on that day. I was supposed to come in on Monday. and what makes him even more of a cruel person is that I begged him on the phone to please not make me come in on Saturday,and all he said was if you want to work here you will be working here for the next 20 years on Saturdays.PS. if anyone want a job at the post office don't work at the one on 3330 fair child
HORRIBLE, no one answers the phone, and I had a priority 1 day express mail sent to me with a signature required and they waived the signature and didn't deliver it to the right address. There was birth certificates, marriage license, debit card, passports. The person on the phone was not helpful and was extremely rude. I probably won't use USPS ever again if I can avoid it.

I have been trying to find out what happened to an express mail package that said out for delivery on oct 7,yet not delivered.I am not a happy USPS customer going back to using FedEx
