This is unacceptable. I sent a package through Amazon to someone in this zip code. Amazon sent message that USPS could not deliver because of incomplete address. There was nothing wrong with the address! The intended recipient verified that the address provided is absolutely correct.
And speaking with anyone to resolve the issue? Forget about it! The phone will ring and ring and ring, after the automated (of course) voice says the next available agent will take your call.
The USPS is beyond deplorable.
I am having issues with my carrier for Phyllis St, in Murray Hill. Numerous packages undelivered, and I am having packages sent to me returned to sender for no reason. Also, mail is being delivered damaged. Please email for pictures, and tracking numbers of packages never delivered.
On 3/26/2021 a mail carrier( We were told his name is Jermaine) from the 5455 Verna Blvd Jacksonville, FL post office entered our cabinet shop to deliver some mail to us (that was not even for us and a totally wrong address) and upon leaving, he knocked over a vanity that had a rare sink attached to it that was supposed to be reused for a custom job. We have a video recording of this incident taken with our security system. We have been to the post office many times and have been told that someone would contact me about our company being reimbursed. Mrs. Williams, the manager/supervisor has been rude and dismissive to me every time we have come up to inquire about this. We have also filed a formal complaint with the official post office and was informed that I would be contacted within 3 business days. We have not been contacted. We have called the phone number to this post office branch (904-781-4701) and no one ever answers the phone. We have also called the USPS general number 1-800-275-8777 and We spoke to a very nice gentleman that could see my complaints and told me that someone should have contacted me. We still haven't received any contact about this issue. Our quest continues for our reimbursement as we have had to pay for the replacement sink already.
Wife's meds are two days late and NOW the tracking system says it's been delivered 9 hours ago, FINALLY got in touch with the Supervisor and 7 hours later there is no response when she said she would contact the carrier....two hours later the carrier did come by with the day's mail BUT NO MEDS....this is my second case file being investigated by USPS ......
I did not receive a package from a commercial business. I checked the USPS web site says "pkg.deld 6-14-2021 at 5:04 front door". As I did not rec. the pkg, called 781-4701...no answer on numerous call.I then drove to the P.O.. spoke witha "Ms.Williams"...she took my tel#,said she wud call me back. Today at 9:25 no call ever recd., no followup from Murray Hill Post Office.
In the interim, a good Samaritan drove to my home ,deld. the pkg to me that had been left at his doorstep.....in another subdivision, over 6 miles away!
I sent a package to my grandson in Jacksonville Florida tracking #9500112778344100532245.To this day no package was received.I am disappointed because this package was for my autistic grandson.This package came from Milwaukee Wisconsin.I am just upset.This package should have been delivered on January 11,2021.Thank you for listening.
I live in an apt. complex with 20 apts and have been here for 25 years. There are 2 boxes where the mailboxes are that are for packages. I have ordered items thru the mail for years and they put them in the box and place the key in your mailbox. Not anymore. Now they dump them on your front door whether you are home or not and scan them as "delivered". I had a package stolen and the Supervisor at the post office told me to contact the seller and have them send another one. The seller showed me the Post Office tracking number that said "delivered" and that was it. Im out money and I dont get my package and the Post Office accepts absolutely no responsiblity for what they did. I NEVER gave my permission for my packages to be dumped at my door. Thats why we have Boxes! I am now having my mail held while I shop around for a P. O. Box (AT ANOTHER POST OFFICE) Murray HIll is the WORST
WORST CARRIER EVER. WE HAVE A NEW CARRIER NOW AND SHE IS AWFUL. NOT ONLY DOES SHE COME VERY LATE IN THE DAY BUT ALSO ALWAYS GIVES US SOMEONE ELSE'S MAIL. WE WANT BILL BACK. HE HAS DELIVERED TO THIS BUSINESS FOR YEARS AND IS THE BEST MAIL CARRIER . I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE MURRAY HILL BRANCH FOR THE LAST HOUR AND IT JUST RINGS AND RINGS. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS.
Murray Hill is the worst post office ever.u can't get them on the phone n get lied too when u go in the office.i received a text saying my package was left at my house it wasn't.now I can't get any answer to where is my package
Have been at this location for 30 years no problems until this last year or so. Mail delivery inconsistent, constantly arrives after business is closed sometimes thousands of dollars in checks or merchandise left in box over night large gate next to mail box easy to see if we are closed or open. Recently had out going checks stolen from box and guy trying to cash them prosecuted great expense to my business had to cancel accounts cancel checks set up new accounts issue new checks. I have a USPS item now that has been riding around on a truck for two days just tried to call Murray Hill office rings for a couple minutes then someone hangs up the line with out answering it. Someone please Help!
I am not recieving my mail and I am also getting other people's mail. I am requesting that this stop. I just want my mail, delivered to #408 1045 Oak Street , Jacksonville, Florida 32204. I went thru this same situation with you at least a year or so back. My phone is 350-9094.
today our mail was not picked up and we had 2 other neighbors mail in our mail box. How do you miss seeing MY mail???? We are constantly getting mail that does not belong to us. This happens all the time! I don't want anyone to loose their job however how hard is it to at the very least get my mail!? UNACCEPTABLE
We have not received any mail at our home address since Fri. Feb. 17th. This is VERY unusual. We never go even 1 day without receiving at least "junk mail". We understand our usual mail person's last day was Fri. We have dealt with this issue before when mail wasn't being delivered or being delivered consistently late in the day , sometimes after 8:00 p.m. We would like to speak with someone in management about this situation. I have been dealing with this post office for years and they are always screwing up something. I have had to complain several times about them not scanning the packages/envelopes that I ship, not delivering on time, having a postal carrier on my route that does not give a damn. And now today, I have not had a delivery at all, it's not that I did not get any mail today, because I have been waiting for a package that's delivery confirmation number says it's OUT FOR DELIVERY. It's after 7:00 PM and I still have not received anything. My average time for receiving my mail is about 1:30 PM. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
This is the WORST post office ever!!!!!! They need to revamp their system over there and get people that want to work and earn a honest living. They don't want to help you when you arrive in the office you can tell all over there face. They lose packages like its nothing. The store is very old looking and stink needs to be upgraded. If someone reads this that's in a position to make changes there please do so give the right jobs to hard working people who deserve it
Don't feel so alone, Jason and Holly, as they will not answer the telephone when you try to call to ask them a question. They must just leave it off the hook, as the number has always been "busy". Thought about doing some line monitoring, just to see if there was anyone actually talking on the line, but, then, the authorities might not like that. Gotta keep the gubbiment goons happy, don't ya know!
