Paid extra insurance for protection mailing my grandsons computer for $2600 Upon delivery signature required. His computer was delivered in a crushed box left @ thd front door. My daughter and grandson was @ work. The computer is beyond repair. I filed a complaint, recieved a call from the Tice post Master stating he needed to investigate and speak with the delivery driver. I have not to this day recieve anything back. My filed case is not even open anymore. I've tried contacting the Tice postal office and my daughter physically went there. They told her there's nothing they can do. Why charge extra for insurance if they're not going to hold up to their promise if package is damaged they will cover the cost of the item. Post office is fraudulent.

On 2/25/2021 My Granddaughter received her Lawyer Diploma in the Mail the envelope “SAYING DO NOT BEND” What happens it was bent over to fit in the box now it has a crease in the certificate that can be seen. And this is something that can not be replaced. It would be nice for the post person take more pride in their job and respect the mail that is being sent. This is the 2ed time this week a package was just left hanging out of my mail box that clearly didn't fit. Instead of doing the normal leave the little slit telling me to come to the post office to pick it up they just left it earlier this week we had to chase down someone who was stealing our package and today Thursday all of our mail is soaking wet. This is not by any means ok.

My son owns a condo at Cottonwood Bend in the Verandah development. He is rarely there and does not use his mail box. We are going to be there for January through March and want to forward our mail to his box. Do we need to notify you formally that the box is going to be active during that period?

Why can't anyone see the difference between Sugarberry Way and Sugarmill Springs Dr.? I tracked a package that was shipped by FedEx and delivered to the PO yesterday afternoon. Today when I tracked it, it said delivered. Where was it delivered? Certainly not to me. But I did get something addressed to someone else.

I am so unhappy at this minute...I am at a group home, I have ordered 60 plus items from Amazon, and gotten everything at this address, however one of the most important gifts (to me that I paid for shipping to get on time) was due to be delivered on 12/20 did not come, so I start tracking my package to find out that my postal office (Tice) marked my package undeliverable and shipped it back to the sender. I asked why it was marked undeliverable yet nobody knows... and this has singlehandedly ruined some ones Christmas. I would like to know, why there is not a better system in place to determine if something is deliverable or not.
