Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? It forces me to drive an hour round trip for something that may not even be there!

I would like to know when the drop box will be replace at the post office downtown. When I ask about it all I get is "I don't know" What is the problem. Customer service is not one of their better attributes.

Left mail hold on 1-10-19. For hold dates 1-17-19 thru 2-3-19. Mail was held several days too soon so I went to PO to pick up mail before I left town. Told to be sure to stop on request date of 1-17-19 and resume 2-3-19. Neighbor tells me mail is still being delivered!!!! It is 1-21!! Please hold til 2-3-19. I have had problems every time I have ever used mail hold or forward mail. Why???

No one answers the phone. I have tried multiple times. The mail sent to me at 4396 Bowsprit Ct at 3f Fort Myers Fl is continuing to be delivered there when in fact it should’ve been stopped. Please say that any mail that you have or receive is returned to me at 33 Red Oak Rd. Oreland PA 19075. Thank you. Edward J McGlinchey Junior 215-837-0680

They NEVER answer the phones. We never received mail yesterday 12/4. This office SUCKS, they really do not care about serving us their customers. The Postmaster in charge of this office should be fired. Jack Robinson Reflection Isle

Why publish a telephone number when you don't answer it?

This seems to be a common concern, why publish a phone number if you don't answer?
