nobody will answer the phone

They never answer their phone.

Slow service, we get other people's mail, other people get our mail.

I live in suncoast estates and my mail is being left at my neighbor's house and there's at some ones at another neighborhood, if he just flys by all our houses and stops at nobody's houses this has been going on for a long time now mostly mine at at 8101 Grady Dr, n fort Myers Florida I'm so disappointed because now I have to get a postal box which is $48.00 every 3 months which is so hard for me because I'm on Disability ( fixed income) thank you sincerely Linda Hinkley

I have lived here for 16 years always gotten my mail no problem now I have a mail carrier that leaves a message about moving my mailbox away from the road hiring it eight inches I call I find out the specifications my mailbox is 43 and 1/2 in it's been in the same place for the whole time I lived here which is like 16 years now I'm not getting my mail I called they said that the land was kind of unlevel between the road and the mailbox could I put some gravel there gravel just spreads all over my neighbors right 4 ft straight next to my mailbox they're getting their mail he drives right in there and skips my mailbox I wrote him a note telling him my mailbox is the right height

Your postal carriers suck, I have had three products delivered supposedly via sure post I have yet to receive anything on time or correctly I wish we would employ federal employees who can actually read what an address is and get it to the proper address. I think your postmaster of this office should be reprimanded and every carrier should have to go through some sort of remediation course in regards to how to deliver mail correctly and you wonder why we want shit shipped via UPS and FedEx instead of Garbage federal employees that probably are stealing my mail

I have always been treated great here.the only problem was when I sent a PKG ground.it went back n forth from my house to Jacksonville 5 times the box was ripped open.i had a card for my grandson in the PKG( which I bought the box there for shipping)the card was not in there with money .would have been nice if they would have tapped up the pkg.finally my mail lady took the PKG in her possession and got it Thur to my son in Indiana.Dont send anything ground.it looked like they kicked it to indiana

I am looking for a package sent to my florida address. However, i am in Ohio until October. Do you have sny idea where my packages are at this time. When i track package, its was sent to North Fort Myers post office

Looking for my stimulus check.It should have been sent to my Ohio address, but might have been sent to N Fort Myers address because my mail was being forwarded. Is there any way to check where it is ?

Last week I called the NFtMyers post office to try to locate a package that I was able to track down that was not delivered to my daughter in Colorado but returned to the North Ft Myers facility. I spoke to Patty who was extremely helpful. She was able to locate the package and resend it. I was not prepared for the conscientiousness that she took trying to figure out what went wrong and how to resolve the issue. She is a tribute to your organization.

The phone system is not working and hard to get a postal employee to report a package mail box number 4 is broken. Location on Nale road and Henderson Grade.

On Tuesday 10/9/2018 the person who was delivering the mail in Tara Woods did not know how to deliver the mail. The person went down Cotton Bay and picked up the mail people left in their mail box. Went to the end of Cotton Bay and delivered the mail.

Windmill Village mail carrier needs A lot more training. I'm not getting flyers and always have other people's mail delivered to my mailbox.
