Quaint little post office with extremely pleasant staff. Was getting a po box late in the day and couldn't figure out why I couldn't get the box to lock or the latch to move. Staff came over and saw that the lock was just sticking and the combo I had was incorrect. Offered to wd40 and also call me with the correct combo even though closing was 10 minutes away. Left with a smile.
Don was the best mailman we have ever experienced, not only did he make sure we received our packages but he also took the time to stop and have a quick race or round of hopscotch with my daughter, we have since moved away but we will always cherish his kind nature and positive energy!!! I opened a post office box because of the 24 hour open door service. There is a homeless guy living in the post office. I will not go there at night with some nut living in the post office. This is wrong in law-enforcement should take care of this. I’m paying for use of the post office box. This sucks!
Don is our regular mail carrier and he is the best mail carrier we have ever had. Always takes time to check if he hasn't seen you in a while and is always has a very positive attitude.
I'm concerned about theft at the Post Office. I mailed an envelope and it never arrived to its destination. Since it was first class mail it cannot be tracked. I asked to insure the envelope and was told I would have to send it registered mail, which is way to expensive for me.

Many of the condo owners are complaining about very late in the evening mail deliveries.
Deliveries are being made between 6:30 PM and 8:00;PM
And yet we see the mail delivery people on our property at all hours of the day sitting in their truck and playing games on their cell phones or chatting on their phones.
It is difficult to have to receive our mail at suck a late hour and if we need to contact another business, they are already closed and we have to wait for the next day or wait 3 days on the weekend.
I am sending this note with the approval of building "K" and building "L' this must change and if need be we will all send off complaints separately .

Local Dania Post Office has great service employees. The carriers in our local neighborhood always go out of their way to accommodate the business and residential. Special carriers that we would like to thank are, Muffy, Don, Robert, Pablo, Harold, and especially Carol who has been doing an excellent job while Pablo is away! We can not imagine how difficult their jobs will be when the Saturday Delivery is gone. They all work so hard now. Special recognition too for the wonderful lady who is interim postmistress. Think she would make a great permanent POSTMASTER.
