I AM HANDICAPPED and CAN NOT DRIVE. I USE "PO BOX 22874, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33335 . ALTHOUGH I TRIED TO RENEW THE PO BOX ONLINE - UNFORTUNATELY, I MISSED THE RENEWAL DATE .I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE POST BY PHONE . I CALLED VERY OFTEN TO PLEAD THAT THEY HOLD MY PO BOX, NO ANSWER - EVEN HUNG UP WITHOUT ANSWERING ! I NEED THAT PO BOX - I WILL HAVE SOMEONE GO IN TO PAY FOR THE PO BOX ! PLEASE CONTACT THE BRANCH and ASK THEM TO HOLD THE BOX ! THANK YOU

On Monday1/12/20 I waited for a registered package all day. My car was in the driveway.When I heard the USPS truck, I ran outside to get the package. The Driver did not leave the package, did not come to the front door to ring the doorbell. He left the pink slip in the mailbox stating nobody was home to sign! I ran to the street to see his truck driving away. Package #: 5293 0608 9996 2783 This is unacceptable! I will file a formal complaint.

HELLO, TWO WEEKS AGO I REQUESTED THAT THE POST OFFICE GO OUT TO OUR PROPERTY AND INSTALL A KEY TO A NEW MAIL BOX, SO THE POST MAN CAN PUT THE MAIL INTO IT. I SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED COURTNEY AT THE SOUTHSIDE POST OFFICE IN FT. LAUDERDALE FLORIDA AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I WAS TOLD THAT A REQUEST WAS GOING TO BE MADE TO MAINTENANCE AND IT WOULD BE DONE IN TWO DAYS, HERE IT IS TWO WEEKS LATER AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE AND WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR MAIL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.

My mai lwas to be forwarded to me at 271Clayton Rd Ashley Falls Ma. 01222 from Nov. 9th to January 7, 2019 I have not received any yet and I mailed the card Nov. 5th. Please investigate Thank you Georgianna Pecorelli-Eschen 4135280054
