I am so disappointed with the Service I received recently at the location. I sent a Birthday gift to my sister, who lives in Bryn Mayr PA, and the package, that was sent more than 10 days ago has not been delivered. Having payed more than $40. 00 I was thinking I had nothing to worry about, but I was wrong. You found a way to screw it up for me. You will blame it on Covid, but We, your neighbors and customers know it better. I bet that if one person in Your Office was made personally responsible for the mistake, Your performance would improve. But as long as you are running the place like they do in a Socialist Country, and no one is made responsible your Job Performance will remain mediocre and unsatisfactory.

Karla is always cheerful, welcoming and patient, no matter how long the line is. She takes the time to explain prices on mailing and shows me the different stamps available. I look forward to seeing her everytime I go to Hillcrest Postal Station in Hollywood. She is a treasure!
