Dear Sir or Madam:
This message serves as a complain as to the post office employee at 19804 USPS. I needed to send 40-50 mail cards today, on February 20, 2021. I stopped by at 19804 post office between10-11 A.M. The employee refused to process my cards on the basis that there are "too many" cards and she is not going to do it. Also, she was too lazy to check whether she has stamps for my mailing cards. There were no other people at that time at Newport Post office. No line. I was asked "how many mailing cards can you process? She said: none. I left 19804 Post office with NO service. The USPS employee was also not allowed me to write on my cards and asked me to use another room for writing. Again, there were NO other people at that time at the Post Office. My writing on my cards took me a few minutes. Luckily, I was able to mailed my post cards at 500 Delaware Ave, 19801 USPS where other employee had a great attitude and was very helpful. Your employee behavior is absolutely inacceptable and rude. She should know about her bad attitude and behavior.
Every time that I order something online, these morons deliver it to the wrong address. I've been to their location and complained about this several times. The supervisor there threatened to call the police on me at one time. Now it's happened again. I went online to check the delivery status of my package. It's marked as delivered at mailbox/doorstep. Guess what, the package is not there. Why do these people get away with this shit all the time. This post office needs to be closed now. And every idiot that works there should be fired!!!
Terrible service!! And quite possibly Thieves!!! I mailed a $750.00 watch through the post office and it went to their office and was never delivered.Customer claims he never received it.And the tracking says it wasn't delivered That it is still in that post office! HORRIBLE post office, extremely unprofessional, extremely rude and lack of knowledge of how to treat human beings. They threatened to lock me up, they put their fingers in my face, completely embarrassed me in front of other customers. They need to shut this office down or hire more professional people. Ghetto people cannot run a business.
i have ordered 2 backback here is the tracking number of them. I havent got t since August. I have connected to armenian local representative and they told me that our package is in your post office.I have also connected to seller and that person checked everything and told that it is in your warehouse.Please can you check your warehouse and find my package.
I continue to have issues with packages being marked as delivered but never showing up. I have attempted to contact this branch on multiple occasions but no one ever answers the phone. customer service at this branch is almost nonexistent with the exception of the counter staff that will tell you there is "nothing they can do to help find your lost package check the tracking number for updates" (obviously I wouldn't be wasting my time coming into the local branch if the tracking was correct in the first place). Also, please have your carriers refrain from throwing packages from the street to the front porch. My packages are sometimes delivered to another house with the same number on a different street, I receive their packages as well sometimes. Overall I am extremely unhappy with the ongoing issues that stem from this branch. A quick look at any of the reviews available online for this branch will show that I am not the only person with these problems. This facility is in dire need of some operational discipline if it ever wants to be ranked higher than a one star establishment.
I was waiting for a package to be delivered to be delivered today on March 15th 2019 I checked the tracking on my computer tonight and it said it was delivered at 4:02 p.m. at a my front porch or front door I never got the package who throws a package outside in the grass in front of an apartment building why was it not brought in and left at my apartment door now my package is lost the tracking number is 92 612 9 9 9 9 862 02 8 168 202 1 where is my package you lost it I would like someone to find it on the tracking site it said it was left at the front door or porch I live in an apartment building why would somebody throw it outside in the rain on the front of the building where anybody could take it or step on it or it could be willn't I don't understand that logic why would not bring it into the building like the rest of them and leave it at the apartment door as always either that or it was delivered to the wrong address altogether I would like somebody to find my package I spent good money for the merchandise and I would like to be reimbursed or find my package I am very upset my address is 110 Richards Drive Apartment number 202 Wilmington Delaware 19804 Stonehurst Garden Apartments
also I would like to add this is not the first time this has happened I don't know what the problem is with your post office but you guys need to get it together I was home at 4:02 p.m. today no one ever knocked at my door or came into the building at your tracking site said it was left outside on the front door or porch so it was either delivered somewhere else or Opus thrown outside in the rain in front of an apartment building like a sack of garbage for anybody to step on or take or is her to get wet or ruined or get run over by a car in the parking lot that is ridiculous I have never heard of such a thing you people have lost my package and you are responsible for it I would like someone to contact me and find out about what you're going to do to find my package or reimburse me for it or I am reporting this

At Post Office DE 19804 there is package Number 9305589843901316208741. It was not delivered from March 7th 2019 because of the problem with address - "Unable to deliver item, problem with address". Please solve the problem with delivery. The adress of delivery is:

Where is the certified letter I'm sending to my son? tracking no. 7016 0340 0000 4153 7973. tracking says it's been in transit to your facility for 5 days now from wilmington. My post office where I live says someone may have not scanned said letter when it arrived at your facility. As of right now 12/3/18 at 10:44 a.m. my son has NOT received this certified signature required letter.

This is the worst Postal Center I've ever dealt with; and I grew up in Chester, PA. I have been trying to get my package from you guys for 5 days now, and at this rate, I have NO confidence it will ever make it here off one of your trucks. I have lost 3 days work/ 33 hrs. total/ or $1,072.50 out of my pocket, waiting for your truck to deliver one medium box to this address down the street from you all (308 Main St.), since last Saturday afternoon!! You have repeatedly claimed unable to deliver due to zip code issue (19805 was on ship label/ supp. to be 19804 originally), even though was resolved last Friday! The ttracking history has been altered several times, and I have lost a very important account due to your negligence. I need this resolved today!!!! KEEP IT THERE AND WE WILL PICKUP!!!!
