We have tried calling the Marshallton post office almost daily for the past couple weeks to no avail. No one answers the phone. We are trying to reach someone of authority to let them know that our weekly ads are not being delivered. We depend on these ads for our weekly shopping. Our neighbors have told us they do not receive them either. Could someone please instruct the mail carriers in this area to please deliver the weekly ads. I believe the grocery stores do pay ot have these delivered.

I am writing this because I have tried many times to the Marshallton Post Office, and will keep trying. I believe you have the mail carriers for Klair Estates - 19808 Today, I came home around 1:30 pm to find my mail on my doormat. I have a breezeway and the mail could have easily been blown anywhere. There was banking information in the pile. My mailbox is on the other side of the house. If the mail carrier could not look on the other side, shouldn't he have taken it back to the post office and notified me ??? This is very upsetting to me. I think you need to find a solution.

I have been extremely disgusted regarding our mail service on Monday's - for the last several months - Monday's only - we get no mail at all or the mail does not come until well after 8 p.m. This is unacceptable - it is understood that you are understaffed, however, I do not appreciate not getting my mail when I am supposed to get it. Whomever, is the mail carrier for this route (4900 & 5000 block of Old Capitol Trail, needs to be reprimanded or replace with a reliable carrier.

Another government run disaster. I sent a letter to someone in New Jersey postmarked 12/19/2020 and it was not delivered until 1/8/2021 ...20 days after it was mailed. The Pony Express could have delivered it faster. This is another example....I still have not received a letter mailed from Hockessin,De on 12/20/2020

Last year my neighbor mailed several check payments inside the Marshallton post office which never reached their destinations. She reported this to the supervisor with the specifics so he could follow up. Another neighbor mailed a gift card to his grandson from inside the Marshallton post office last year and it never reached its destination. It was a TD bank card and the thief was caught on camera and prosecution was sought. This year my cousin mailed 2 check paymentsthis month inside the Marshallton post office and they never reached their destinations. My neighbors and I will not use the Marshallton post office because of this. My cousin will no longer use this branch as well.

Having the worst time contacting this post office. A package that they received on Nov 4 was supposed to be returned to sender. This is Dec 2. I still get the same message when I check the tracking # received Nov4 scheduled to go out next day. I need the package so it can be sent to the correct address, otherwise I will lose my refund of close to 200.00$. Ridiculous. My return address was clearly on the package. What’s the hold up

I spoke with Jessica today. She was extremely helpful in reaching out to the Newport PO for me. She is resolving the situation. Thank you Jessica.

I am currently in communications with the DMV regarding my Vehicle Registration Card and Sticker that was mailed out on the 12th of August 2019 from Dover and for some mysterious reason, to this very day, I've never received it. I've had problems with the mail service in this area ever since I moved here from PA. There's definitely a problem with the carriers for this Post Office, there's never a problem with stuffing my box with 'junk mail' and 'previous tenants' mail', I just can't seem to get my own mail !!! It's frustrating to say the least. I've even placed post-its inside and outside my box with my Name. Obviously the Marshallton Post Office has some disgruntled carriers and it shows; they seem to take their anger and frustration out on the residents in the community by losing the mail or bending it up; it's amazing to see.

HCPM never received their USPS mail. Our parking lot is under construction, but we are still open for business. I have called several times today and no one picked up the call. HCPM phone number is 302-633-5840. Thank you. MaryLee Frederick

Our Marshallton post office sucks, especially if you need help by phone! They are rude, and don't really offer help for your problem!, and that's if they don't put you on hold, and they never come back on, and when you call back, they don't answer the phone! They constantly give us another person's mail, and we get a lot of ripped packages from them. Mail goes missing all the time. Money orders, and statements get lost quite often, which is bad, because you don't know if another person has your mail, and your personal info. I am fed up with the problems they have caused me! Now they are sending back credit card statements to the company, and the address is correct, and they offered me no explanation for it. It's happened twice already with the same company, two months in a row! We had to send in a money order the first time this happen without the statement, and it got lost, and we had to pay again, and pay to start a search to find out what happen to the money order. We had to do it again this month, and I hope nothing happens to it. This post office has a lot of problems like when my package was brought to a different address, and somebody signed for it. When they showed me the signature, it wasn't mine, but they insisted we have your signature, and that's the end of it. They were so rude, even when I told them it wasn't my signature. I complained, and nothing was ever done about it. I lost a very valuable collectors item because of their mistake! They have.a lot of problems at this post office that need to change! If I have something important to do, I go to the Lantana Square post office, I don't trust our post office at all, and they are so nice, and I feel much more comfortable going there. I would not trust our post office with anything important I had to mail! If I had to rate them, it would be a negative 1, because I feel this post office needs a complete makeover, to the rude employees, and better mail people, to extreme change in their customer service, especially by phone!!
