The mail has not been delivered to my home since 04/22/22, unbelievable and totally unacceptable.
I pay my bills via the mail with a check and refuse to be forced to pay on line.
I imagine Delmarva and Comcast won't be so happy with this when customers pure out their complaints.

You people SUCK. I scheduled a mail pickup and as USUAL....my mail & packages were NOT picked up. This has happened NUMEROUS times. My mail carrier always says, "the supervisor didnt give me the print out that says you requested a pick up."
No wonder the USPS is broke. Crappy service by people who can't be fired.
Our regular postal carrier who delivers to Lancaster Village works out of the Lancaster Ave office in Wilmington, Delaware. We have politely asked her not to walk through our garden to cut across the yard to our neighbor. We ensure the sidewalk is clear and there is plenty of lawn if she took two steps toward the street. After several requests she still crushes emerging bulbs, plants, anything in her way.
Postal employees have a tough job so we have not complained publicly but at this point it seems appropriate to add a review.

For the past 6 months my mail doesn’t seem to make it to my mailbox, I’ve tried calling the Lancaster ave post office over and over again, but no one answers the phone, today I received mail for “ 117 chestnut ave apt B4, B2, A2 “ nowhere near my house, this is getting out of hand, I don’t live in an apartment complex, how do you make these mistakes everyday, they need to fire these idiots delivering mail, if they don’t want to do their job there’s plenty of people looking for a job
I have not received my December credit card statement. I requested another be sent on 12/24 and have not received that. I just received an email from my credit card company stating that the US postal service is experiencing delays. I called the Lancaster office at 302 654-0725 five times and there was no answer and eventually the phone was disconnected.
Packages are often listed as delivered but do not arrive for several days. Mail is often held for 2-3 days at a time. My postal delivery person is always talking on her phone during her deliveries and swears like a sailor. The phone is never answered and will actually hang up on you after ringing for minutes at a time. Worst customer service ever. This post office should be shutdown and absorbed another zip code. It would be better service for sure. I filed a complaint with the postal inspector general and I encourage everyone who has had this experience to do the same.
I work for a business on Baltimore Ave and we haven't had any mail in 4 days!!! This is completely unacceptable. We are a business and have time sensitive mail that is coming in and going out. I have called the Post Office for 4 days in a row and all it does is ring about 20 times and then goes to a busy signal. The one day I actually saw our mail delivery person, I asked her if we can get our mail around the same time every day because we have business hours and she said to me "You'll get it when you get it!" Another time I called and got someone and made a complaint I was told "We are offering you a free service, if you want your mail everyday then get a PO Box"
Please hire folks who want to work. All of Elsmere is complaining about mail delivery. Monday & Tuesday no delivery on New Road. When we have our normal person she is good & hustles. Or will this all end when the election is over?
Since mail delivery from Lancaster Ave. Post office is almost non-existent, please advise times available for me to come pick up. The postmaster will be notified as well as elected officials. This has been happening since before Covid so don't insult me by playing a recording using this excuse. Not picking up what you're putting down!
What is wrong with the Lancaster Ave post office. The service is terrible. When I track my packages it shows items delivered and but I don't received them until 2 to 3 days later. Several times I have found the packages on my door step after dark. I cringe when UPS forwards the packages to USPS for delivery. Also, I don't receive mail for 2 to 3 days. No weekly circulars for several weeks. Either the carriers can't read of don't care because I receive mail for my neighbors.

I hope whoever stole my North Face jackets from my January 6th order at this location is enjoying them. I hope you and your child were in need of them. I am going to be contacting the postmaster because this is the worst post office ever! They scan your packages and say they're delivered when they're not. I have a camera right on my mail box so I can tell exactly what they're putting in my mailbox and on my steps but I'm going to go as high as I can to file complaints on the thieves in this post office. I was told by someone this is the training facility for mailman and women but that's no excuse for the amount of theft of packages or they shouldn't make it on past that facility they should be fired.

I would like to know why we do not receive the weekly circulars from businesses like others do..It has been weeks and more weeks since we got any. I know the route is done with volunteers after their regular shift but do they not have to deliver it all. Getting mail now at almost dark and some in the dark is bad enough besides leaving it sticking out of the locked box and letting it get wet on rainy days and prescriptions done by delivery. I am sure these businesses are paying for this service and it is not getting done.If they cannot do their job properly they should find other employment.

I have placed mail (cards) in the mailbox at the VA on Kirkwood Hwy. They never reached their destination. One was a birthday card to my son, with a gift card enclosed. The other was to a friend, cards were mailed on April 18th, I did have a return address on the cards. Is there anyone that can assist me, or is it just a loss.
I am distressed by the failure of the 'mail forwarding' system in the Greenville 19807 area. We have been spending winters in FL for the last 15 years and had an excellent carrier (Paul) who had a brain! This is not neurosurgery -- forwarding first class mail should be in the realm of customer service. We had two spates of erratic service (i.e. no forwarding of first class mail) in January and March. I've spoken to Bob McD at Lancaster Avenue who indicated that he would check it out. Several neighbors in Barley Mill Courts have expressed similar concerns because of service (i.e. third class mail stuffed into mail boxes which gives notice that no one is home). Is there some more training that is necessary? I'd appreciate a response and a path forward that would give me more confidence in the USPS systems. Thanks. Marcia Raniere
