The snow plows destroyed my mailbox. I have been trying to get hold of the post office in Middletown and noone answers the phone. The person at the Townsend post office was not any help either. The 800 number was no help either. This is ridiculous that i cannot get an answer about my mail or even get anyone to answer the phone.
I receive an email everyday showing what I am receiving before it's delivered. We are a family of four with four drivers and four cars plus my company vehicle. So five all together. During the week, I sometimes have to leave my company vehicle on the street out front of the house so I can leave in the AM without disturbing the household. Make sense so far? Now, I do live in a cul-de-sac, but I do leave ample room for our mail lady to deliver. On several occasions, because it doesn't suit her, she drives right on by and doesn't deliver (including tonight 01/19/21). I actually was in the driveway and watched her. I am really getting sick and tired of this and her poor excuses of why she doesn't. Stating department policy that she's not supposed to back up while in the vehicle, when I watch her pull in driveways and backup all over the neighborhood consistently. Every other mail delivery driver has no issues delivering with my car out front. Something needs to be said. We live in Spring Creek. Rant over
Iris the postal worker was rude and disrespectful . We went in and she gave us a international form and advised us to fill it out outside in the lobby. We went out and noticed there was not a pen there. Waited for her to take care of the other customers and she said I’m closed leave??? Called to complain to supervisor she said she works alone on Saturday and had a nerve to say I would of gave her a F.... pen this is the service we get??? Will def complain all the way to the postal Master. I am sure I’m not the only one she has done this too
Lady at the counter extremely rude!! Also suppose to be one person in the area at a time well supposedly because she was rude to my mother the other day when she didnt know and told her to go back out in the lobby but it was ok for some rude lady to walk in with me and set her packages down beside me and she never said a word! I hate going into this post office because of this lady! She has no good customer service skills at all and she should be fired if she hates people that much!!!!
I went to this post office location on Friday February 23. I was looking for a package about which Amazon had advised me of a failed delivery attempt and that I could pick up at the post office. We were on the way to visit our handicapped son and really wanted to give him the package. I didn't get their names but a woman and a man were serving customers. These two employees were wonderful, doing everything they could to locate the package, searching their location, following tracking number, calling the Middletown post office to no avail. But they advised me to come back in the morning to check again. We were travelling and would be leaving that area the next day. The lady advised me that if the package wasn't there in the AM, she would continue looking and make sure it got to its destination ASAP. As it turns out the package was delivered later that evening to our son's facility. I know you can determine who was working at the time of our visit to the PO, and would like you to let them know how much we appreciated their caring service.
